This G600 propane gas paella burner fits 32" paella pans and smaller. It has three concentric rings of flame: The outer ring is 24 inches in diameter, the middle ring is 16 inches, and the inner ring is 8 inches. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so the heat can be adjusted where and when it's needed. This burner offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire pan. Great for making paella, camping, caravans, and brewing beer. Total BTU output is 71, 500. Connects to propane tank with a regulator and hose (not included).

A: I have used two different ones that ended up with pressure so low that I couldn't get any hight heat going. I have now been using this one for a couple of months and it works great:

**Q: What kind of adjustable propane regulator hose and brass orifice i need for garcima g600 paella pan propane gas burner size xlarge?**
A: I did not buy a new hose.  I used a hose off of a Camp Chef stove. It is a universal fitting.

**Q: Is it ok to connect these to natural gas inside your home in the kitchen?**
A: I would not recommend that. It would be like bringing a natural gas BBQ grill inside your home. The burners produce open flame with a lot of heat.  I'd be worried about ventilation, as well as what you would set the burner on. But you should check with the manufacturer directly.

We enjoyed the 3 burners having independent controls. As the paella gets toward the end, the middle burner needs to be turned off - so this is a great feature giving the cook a lot of control of the temperature across a large pan. Many of our guests are going to order their own after seeing it in action! The only negative was that I had to pay for shipping which I usually don't do :)
