I got this for my son for his birthday and I am so glad I got it! I looked at quite a few but decided on this one because of the illustrations. It has everything from basic knots, tying a tie, fishing knots, and everything in between. It is such a great book and I know he's going to love it. Highly recommend!

5 year old loved it!
My grandson enjoyed this book for his fifth birthday. He successfully tied a rope to his bed and threw it out the second story window while Dad was in the shower. Fortunately he did not successfuly rappel up the building as he was caught in the act!

Superb book with amazing illustrations
Full of colorful illustrations. Loved reading it. The intermediate steps are very useful andare very easy to follow even for a kid. The part that describes "where it's used" is really crisp and makes each knot interesting and gives context when and where to use. Really worth the money.
