Shouldn't there be a sense of decency?
The Custom Shop products are great and there is nothing wrong with marking up for craftsmanship. Then you get to the whole "relic" thing, which just doesn't work. It doesn't look like actual road wear and makes you look like a comic book instead of a rock star. And then, at the very end, is the "Jaco" relic'ed version. Why spend years living on the streets as a homeless musical genius when you can buy a bass that "presto" gives you the patina of years of road wear without leaving your living room!?!?! For an additional fee, they offer an alcohol-drenched sweaty "West 4th St. Courts" basketball tee shirt so you can really feel just like your idol, Jaco! I'm sorry, but this one is just too much.
