One of my favorite activites as a kid was riding my big cruiser bike with my sister (who was on her cool Spyder bike). As an adult, I have had various bikes along the way. I've owned two Trek comfort bikes and loved them. I have been a decorative painter for many years, but then morphed into real estate heavily the last five years. So even though I have been too fat most of my adult life, I was strong from all the ladder climbing and walking -- until real estate took over my life. Haven't gained weight, but the muscles deteriorated! And my knees and hips have rusted up like an old truck. Welllll, last September I embarked on a food plan (RFA -- Kay Sheppard plan) and recovery. So far I have lost 60 pounds, with about that much more to go. One of my goals was to start riding bikes again, since it's my favorite exercise of all. I still have my beautiful Trek bike of many years, but it's a very big bike and a male version, so mounting and dismounting has become painful on this aging body. It even kind-of scares me because I feel I can't get off it fast enough. It ended up being hard for me to feel safe enough to ride. We live (in the coolest old Victorian house) in the middle of a small town, where it has been my dream to ride around and shop with my bike. I was so overweight, I needed to lose a good bit of weight before I was going to be able to bike. I had a "milepost" in my weight journey, that I wanted to buy a more comfortable bike when I had lost x-amount of weight. I simply love the look of a beach bike, and have seen similar models every time we go to the beach. Alas, I was getting close to that number when my 60th birthday was approaching. I had been researching bikes and found this Evryjourney bike. After using their website to ascertain which of the bikes suited my body and lifestyle (with the Bodyfit app), this seemed liked the right one. My four grown children and my husband bought this for my birthday (after I sent back the funky techno watch I didn't know how to operate)... because of the coronavirus scare, there were a lot of folks buying bikes to ride for exercise and fun...so I ordered it with a promise of a backorder. I figured I'd be waiting for months. But fairly soon, I got the notice that I would be getting it. I could hardly wait! It arrived last Monday. My husband and daughter were busy and didn't want to help me that night, so I pulled it out and started assembling. The instructions were simple, though written in a teeny, tiny font (not good when you're half blind and it's evening time). I kept plugging along and got it almost together when I did the thing -- I dropped the seat tube down into the body of the bike, something which the directions explicitly explained NOT to do. My hand/finger strength wasn't sufficient to get it out, but I have a bike-handy neighbor who was able to extract it. There was wailing and gnashing of teeth. I thanked him and then tried to ride it after I got it together....only to realize that I had not tightened several things enough. Mercifully, I took it to him the next day and he tightened everything and made sure the brakes and gears were right. I sheepishly walked it home. I was still scared to get on it (particularly in front of anyone). I laced up my shoes and walked it to a back street. I got on, shaky and uncertain, and started to pedal. My poor left knee did not want to proceed....but within a few minutes it loosened up and I started gliding, gliding, gliding around the neighborhood. I actually cried, as this sweet, beautiful bike brought me back to my happy childhood....I bought the mint green model, which looks like it popped up right out of Mayberry or something. The body of the bike is very sturdy. The gears are smooth as silk. I had to adjust to the idea of the big, wide handlebars...it's very different than the bikes I've ridden as an adult...but I felt comfortable very quickly with that. I am accustomed to 21 gears, so the 7 gear system is different...simpler but that is good too. I am giddy about this bike. It's a lifestyle-kind-of-bike, where I can see myself tooling around town, shopping and visiting friends, as well as exercising my body in a non-stressful and fun way. I plan to ride this several times a week. I ordered a basket and water bottle holder for it and will probably get some pannier bags for the back rack. We live about 25 minutes from the Silver Comet Trail and I also plan to meet up with friends and family there. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase. It seems like a lot of money to spend on a bike when you can go to Walmart and get a much cheaper one...but I've also been down that route. I needed a bike that could handle my weight and height and give me a comfortable way to get in shape and at the same time be useful for shopping and moving around town. Very thankful to my family for helping make this happen. I hope it holds up -- and it seems extremely sturdy and capable of doing that.

FIRST OFF: I'm in love with this bike. I ride it everywhere. Library? Bike time. Grocery store? Bike time. The gym? Oh boy! I love getting on this bike and I love riding around on it and I spend SO much time thinking "I wish I was on my bike right now." Five stars. PERSONAL STATS: I'm 5'8" and got the 26" bike and was easily able to adjust the seat to fit my height. I use the bike for commuting/running errands and probably ride 3-8 miles a day, 4-5 days a week. I ride in the rain often and this bike is nice and weatherproof as long as you dry/re-oil the chain at the end of the ride. PROS: 1) The bike seat makes me feel like I'm in the arms of an angel. My posture is SO good on this bike. It doesn't give me the same terrible butt bruises that most bike seats do. This bike is absolutely built for rider comfort and you can tell. 2) The color scheme!! This bike is so cute. Every time I look at it I just start smiling. 3) Good, solid construction without being too heavy. I can pick this bike up and move it around without feeling like my arms are going to fall off. 4) GREAT bases to attach things to. Since I use this bike for errands, it's important for me to have a bunch of potential storage space for groceries and other items. You can very securely fit a basket to the handlebars and spacious saddlebags over the rear wheel so you can cavort joyfully off into the sunset with your fresh tomatoes from the farmers market or whatever. 5) Having multiple gears is a big plus in my book. I don't hit major hills on my rides, but it's a lifesaver to be able to shift down a few gears even if it's just a long, extended upwards-inclined road. CONS: 1) Assembly. Assembly, assembly, assembly, assembly. I asked a good friend whose hobby is assembling ikea furniture to put this bike together for me. And he did! He managed it just fine! Then I took it to the local bike shop to get a speedometer and the technician checked my bike and very gently and kindly told me that it was a horrible mess. Oof. PLEASE save yourself the trouble of puzzling through the manual and just take it to a professional for a guaranteed safe and correct assembly. If you're already spending $600 on a good quality, built-to-last bike, you can spend the $80 it takes for a good quality, built-to-last professional assembly. The manual is a nightmare and assembly is a mess and even my friend who loves this kind of assembly stuff struggled to do it right. Once you've handled that, the rest of the bike experience is a dream. :)

I haven't had a bike since my grandfather bought me a pink and purple one in 1992, but all of a sudden, I just really wanted one. I'm not gonna lie - I was apprehensive about spending so much money on something I hadn't done since 3rd grade. I looked at cheaper models at big box stores, but I ultimately really wanted this one and sprung for it, and I'm glad I did. My husband and I frequently go riding after work when the weather is nice, and I take it with us to our beach house and ride into town. I wanted a bike with chubby tires because I knew I'd be riding on a variety of surfaces. It handles well on gravel roads; dirt roads; crumbly, decomposing asphalt roads; and paved roads. The seat is also comfortable for longer rides (I was pretty worried about that based on my one misguided foray into a spin class). I also wanted to be able to easily get on and off without hopping around on one foot and losing my balance, and this bike succeeded at that, too. (I'm 5'7.) The bike has so many positives, and I know you'll love riding it, but the assembly process for us was a horror. I'm generally a pro at putting things together, and I'm fortunate to have a very handy husband, but assembly was an awful experience for us. Maybe they've changed their instruction booklet since September 2019, but the one we received then was pitiful. Microscopic print, inadequate photos...just awful. The directions themselves had obviously been written by someone who knows how to assemble a bicycle - they need to be written by someone who DOESN'T know what they're doing because it seemed to us that there were several skipped steps where certain aspects of assembly were implied. I could go on about how awful the assembly process was - at one point, we both lost our cool and walked away and had to come back to the bike the next day - but the simple answer is that if you, too, haven't had a bike since your Barbie years, you should probably plan on professional assembly. Get the bike - you'll love it, you'll be comfortable, you'll look super cute, and you'll have tons of fun - just call a pro so you can get to the fun stuff more quickly :)

Needed a replacement bike, and was able to order and receive this Women's alloy frame bike in two days. The price is reasonable, in my opinion, considering most of what I was looking for of similar quality and features start at a price of nearly $600. So here's a story of my experience putting this together and tuning it.... I received the package without any damage whatsoever, with everything seemingly intact. Good job by the manufacturer in protecting the bike. I removed it from the box and started removing zip ties and packaging, as the sixthreezero EVRYjourney official video advised. My first "gotcha" was that when I opened the packing box with parts listed as pedals, quick-release skewer, etc. the quick-release skewer was NOT included. The label said it should be in the box, so I searched again and in all the rest of the packaging, without any luck. I've included a few pics showing the box it was supposed to be in, and the parts in the box... But no skewer! As I was about to stop the build, I thought to myself "How ridiculous would it be for the manufacturer to have missed including the skewer???" In a last-ditch effort, I took a look at the front forks. There is a black piece of plastic used for shipping that spans between the fork tips. And I found the skewer!! It was "installed" in the plastic packing.... Sneaky, as even though I am very good mechanically, this would have been the last place I would have logically put this very important part!!! (WIthout telling someone to look there, and especially when the packaging states it is in the parts box!). I included a pic of the skewer in the black packaging. Oh well. I was happy to find it and moved along in my build. As a side note - I was really surprised that the rear axle does NOT have a quick release at all. For this price, I expected both front and rear quick release. So while not a huge issue, I just know it will bother me most when I suddenly have to change a tube on the rear or something like that. Oh well. The next gotcha I ran into was just my own stupidity, but I am guessing that if I did it, others might too, and maybe someone new to assembling their own bike might benefit! When installing the rear fender and rack, I released the rear v-brake cable to move them out of the way. Well, when I did that and installed the rear rack, I completely forgot that the brake cable needed to be routed UNDER the rear rack! I included a couple of pictures and you can see the one where the cable is OVER the rack and needs to be UNDER! So I released the brake cable, moved the cable under the rack, and reattached the cable. DOH! And, the last issue I ran into was that I didn't notice that the chain was not seated on the front sprocket when I went to tune the derailer. I had to unjam the chain which was stuck and reseat it on the sprocket before continuing. A picture of what I experienced is included in this review. The last picture I include is the finished bike. I took it on a mile-long shake-down and found little issue with the brakes that just needed an adjustment, but nothing else. This bike is very nice and I just hope the metals last more than a year or so in this harsh salt-water air at the beach. Haven't had this together for more than a day so may have to update this review once we put some miles on it... I am giving the bike 4 stars - nearly a 5, but the issue I had locating the skewer for the front, and the fact that sixthreezero cheaped out and didn't include a rear quick release I am favoring a 4-star rating!

I do not write reviews first off. But thought I should for this one. First my wife did not want a bike period and was mad when she got whispers that I had purchased it for her as a X-Mas gift. However she LOVES the bike and wants to ride it all the time! So great job designing a very comfortable bike that is easy to ride and looks great as well. A little about me. I am a seasoned RV technician and assembling these types of products is easy for me. Unless the factory doesn't assemble them correctly. And that was our case. The first bike arrived and out of the box was a damaged rear fender. Not so bad that it had to be removed, I would wait for a new one.... I assembled the entire bike and the last step was to mount the bike rack..easy right? The factory seised the mount screws to the body. If this was the first step I would have stopped there. But I'm stuck. Long story short the first bike didn't have a rack. And because of this simple mistake if we wanted a rack we needed a new bike. We processed the exchange and a couple of days later the new bike arrived. Thank god I still had the other bike. It took 2 bikes to make one. Another bike with a damaged rear fender. No big deal ..they sent me a new one. Luckily the first step is to mount the front wheel. It was here that we discovered the front brake post the holds the caliper/shoe was mounted crooked. No way to fix that, They welded it in the wrong spot. So I used the forks off the other bike. Not a big deal but suddenly I have alot of time invested in the assembly. Then we moved on the the pedal. Another build issue. They press the threads into the crank. They were pressed in crooked. So the only way to mount the pedal was to cross thread it in. This makes the pedal run in a oblonged fashion but still usable. We would wait for a new crank and upon arrival take it to the bike shop and let them do the swap. Best 10 bucks ever spent! sixthreezero staff had a hard time understanding my issues but finally sent the correct parts. The bike is together as designed and she loves it. If you could speak to the design team I would suggest a different style of mount screw. Torque tip screws don't strip as easy as allen head screws. So if there is a issue its easier to remove them. Over all if the bike had shipped correctly I wouldn't be writing. Hopefully China can get there ducks in a row. Otherwise SIXTHREEZERO could fall by the wayside in shipping cost alone.

I LOVE THIS BIKE. For years I rode a PHAT beach cruiser but as I got older it became harder to pedal. I needed a bike similar to my old bike but with gearing to make it easier to pedal. This bike perfectly fits the bill!!. I love the geometry of the bike which allows my feet to touch the ground while seated but also affords good leg extension while pedaling. I also think the bike is an excellent value as all the components are high quality yet the bike is still very affordable. I was originally prepared to only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the goose neck arrived with some scratches. But after advising the support team at sixthreezero.com about the scratches, they were very apologetic about the defect and agreed to immediately send me a replacement gooseneck. Gotta LOVE a company that stands behind their product. 5 star company selling a 5 star bicycle !!

We bought this bike from Amazon. It arrived sooner than we were expecting, well packaged and undamaged. I can't say anything about assembly because we just took it to our local bike shop and had it assembled for $30. The bike pro there said it went without any problems and seems like a good quality bike. Being used to a road bike, this bike seemed very big when I first saw it. After riding it a few times and getting used to it, I find that it fits me very well and comfortably. The seat is easy to adjust up and down, and the overall proportions of the bike fit my 5'6" frame just fine. The seat and handles are very comfortable, the ride is smooth, and the tires roll easily and freely on paved surfaces, making it easy to pedal even with a child seat and my 13 month old along. The drivetrain works fine, though I find the gear changes could be a little smoother. I'm also not a big fan of the rotary style gear shifter, especially coming from the quick and precise shifter on my road bike. I like the aesthetics of the bike, with its retro classic looks and beautiful teal color. I also like the mud guards, the kick stand, and the rack that came with the bike. One thing I don't like is that the cables for the brakes and shifter are just sticking out there and don't have any kind of restraints. I would have preferred if they had some sort of cable control system. Overall I am happy with the bike, find it to be a good value, and would still purchase it if I had to do it all over again.

---UPDATE--- 10/06/2019 I was able to take my EVRYjourney out for a 45ish minute ride yesterday, and fine tuned my fitment. LOVELOVELOVELOVE THIS BIKE! ---- No complaints about the product itself, rather I am SUPER displeased with the seller, AMAZON. I purchased this beautiful bike NEW. However, as I got further into assembly, I realized that I had been sent a USED/RETURNED bike. First, after gently unpacking my sweet new ride I found both the front and rear fenders to be bent, as well as the rear rack. As these were easily bent back to their proper states, I didn't take photos or worry. Next, I spent the following hour searching my trash thinking that I had accidentally thrown the little bag of bolts/nuts/washers away, since they were not in the box with the pedals, quick release axle, etc. However, I thought to reference the manual for where those pieces went on the bike, and lo and behold, they were on the bike. This was, at this point more of a relief than an aggravation. As I continued with assembly, I was constantly having to bend or adjust something to prevent it from rubbing on the tires. This was making what initially appeared to be a fairly easy assembly, not very easy at all. At one point I had to make many minor adjustments to the rear brake and fender in order to get the rear brake from hitting the fender every time the brake was applied, and make a god awful clicking noise. While doing this, I discover that the hex bolt on the right hand side of the rear break, the one clamping down the brake cable, was horribly stripped, Fortunately it was not horribly tight, and a slightly larger hex key worked to make the adjustment that I needed. After several hours of bending and adjusting, bolting and unbolting, then bolting again, I was in the home stretch. All that I had left was to attach the rear rack. I found another stripped hex nut on right side upper arm attachment. This one would not budge for penetrating oil, vice grips, gentle taps from a hammer, and even a heat gun. I mangled that bolt trying to get it loose. I really wanted to get it out with the threads intact. But after a long fight, I accepted the truth. Finally after getting an extractor kit and a tap and die kit involved, I finally got the bolt out. As I backed it out, I realized it was cross threaded by whoever had put it in. I re-tapped the hole, and use a new hex bolt from the local hardware store to replace the FUBAR one. After a 10 hour fight, all was finally right with the world. I took her for a quick test ride up and down my street, made two more fender adjustments, and she was done. I am VERY HAPPY with my new bike, and look forward to riding for fun as well as commuting to work again. HOWEVER. If not for me having a mechanical background, and a respectable collection of tools, I would have been screwed at about the 5th hour in, when I first began trying to negotiate with the cross-threaded bolt. I think the average customer would have been forced to return the bike, and hope that they didn't get another effed up one on the exchange. I work night shift, have tools, and know how to extract bolts and how to thread holes for new ones. It was much less of a pain in the @ $ $ for me, personally, to do the fixes myself, rather than to disassemble the bike, repackage it, load it in my car, and start the return process. I only had time for a quick test drive, not even five minutes, due to needing to get to work (yes I stayed up all day putting this bike together/fixing it). From what little time I had, I was overjoyed with my new bike, though I am certain that I have, in advance, voided the lifetime warranty that can be purchased from sixthreezero for $39.99. A few minor adjustments need made in regard to handle bar and seat position, but I am super happy. I give sixthreezero FIVE STARS for an excellent product. I am giving Amazon.com Services, Inc ONE STAR for sending me a USED and DAMAGED 7-Speed EVRYjourney, AND for charging me the price of a NEW 7-Speed EVRYjourney. For the time and money spent assembling and repairing this damaged bike, I would hope that a partial refund is given to me.

I ordered my bike in the middle of April and it took about 10 days to arrive. I love the look of my new bike! My son put the bike together for me with little problems, although one of the nuts/washers had bad threading and he had to improvise a little to make it work. The only other problem is a deep dent in the right handle. I contacted Customer Service and was very impressed with their immediate response and willingness to address and resolve my problem. They are sending me a replacement, which I am expecting in about a week from now. I will leave another review once I have received the replacement part and have been able to ride my beautiful, new bike. Update May 14, 2019: My replacement handles arrived within three days, much sooner than I had anticipated. Excellent follow-up on behalf of Customer Service! I have since been able to ride my bike and it is the most comfortable, smooth ride I have ever had on a bike. The gears are shifting well and I'm amazed at how fast I can go in 7th gear! Fabulous! Wherever I go, people are complimenting me on the beautiful look of my bike. It's a real showstopper! I can definitely recommend this bike and SixThreeZero as a company to anyone looking for a comfortable, functional, beautiful bike!

This bike is GREAT!! I am an avid mountain biker but wanted a cruiser to commute. It's light, fun and easy. It was packed VERY well and had not damage. Assembly was easy, I did it on my own in an hour and a half. Some parts were even already assembled the the instructions said would not be. I love the colour and seat is super comfy, I did have to play around with seat adjustment after a ride around the block, so I recommend taking it for a ride and bring the multi tool along to seat adjust on the fly.
