Very very Good treadmill. Easy to install, easy to operate and foldable. No need of extra space to store. Because this is manual trademill, there is no need if electricity to operate and this is more effective for your body fitness. Now i can easily do exercises like twisting, Pushups etc. at home, no need to pay extra amount to any Gym. Value for money.

I wouldn't say it's easy to assemble it yourself but as a girl who never even hold a screw it took me a hour to fix it I really wish there is more in the manual I still haven't figured out how to adjust the incline and the height adjustment screw is so tight even cutting player can't turn it but other than that it's a decent and good product you even a get a lubricant with it the reason I'm writing so long is that their installation team didn't even come it's been 4 days and they just got in touch with me yesterday night and they dragged on and on so I had to cancel the installation service and fix it myself so if you're looking to buy it don't bother adding brand installation they probably won't come the product is decent and great for home workouts value for money id say

It was delivered on time. Packaging: The packaging was nice and done to make sure that every part is delivered safely. Installation: It took me about 1.5hrs mins to assemble the machine with the help of Instructions video and easy to understand. Screw driver cum multiple key tool Usage: I have been using it for last one week. Built quality is top class, every part looks solid and long lasting. The belt is smooth running. The best thing is you do not need to depend on electricity supply The panel on top is working flawless. Best thing is that the belt size is more than enough to comfortably walk/run. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

It is very difficult to walk on this treadmill for more than 5 minutes. The belt movement is not smooth, and it puts a lot of strain on the knees. After using it, I started experiencing knee pain. Overall, it did not meet my expectations, and I feel it was not worth the money.
