Logitech M187 Wireless Mini Mouse

So far, the Logitech M187 is exactly what I was looking for and I am so grateful that I found it!! I had a Targus mini mouse for a long time and all of a sudden the left click button wasn't working and it drove me nuts! It actually wasn't easy for me to find this mini mouse but I'm so glad I did. I ordered a mouse just because I needed one but it was not a mini because i couldn't find one and it just wasn't comfortable for me as I'm so use to my old mini mouse. I also just have the small space on my laptop that I use for the mouse, so a regular size mouse was just weird on it! The quality of the Logitech M187 seems pretty standard, the scroll button is nice, the click buttons are nice and it runs smoothly! Seems very comparable to my old mouse that I loved and it's comfortable too. For reference, I would consider myself to have fairly large hands for a woman and the mini mouse is what is comfortable for me. At least on my setup of my laptop anyway, so, I am very happy! A COUPLE THINGS TO NOTE IS THAT THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT MENTION THAT THE RED COLOR IS NOT AS IT IS SHOWN, IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE! I really wanted the red so I gave it a shot anyway and I received an orange, blue and white color! I could have taken a star(s) off the review rating but the size for me makes up for it and it's my own fault for choosing to purchase the red color after reading the reviews that mention the color issue..... It takes one AAA battery (it was included). It is wireless and PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL FIND THE USB THING THAT PLUGS IN TO YOUR LAPTOP, ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUSE! You will open up the battery compartment on the bottom and you can see the little USB thing and will just need to pull it out and plug it in!!!

This little mouse does everything a big mouse does and is easy to handle and take with you if you're taking your computer on a trip. The battery it came with was dead so had to use my own battery and it worked fine. Only problem I had was the battery. I got the blue and white mouse. Looks just like it is shown.

There's not just for children, they fit my hand perfectly and helps me avoid irritating my carpal tunnel. The battery lasts at least 6 months.

I bought this one, thinking it had bluetooth, but sadly, it's not as it comes with the regular wireless dongle, though typically, it'll say so on the package, either BT, or dongle, or sometimes both. I have the larger one that is a regular wireless mouse and it's red too and from Logitech that I use with my desktop computer. I like it a lot and beats the 2 Microsoft mice that have both failed in a short period. Typically, it seems the scroll wheel fails on those, though one of them, being hard on it has not helped it. If anything, this little one could be a tad bigger, but still smaller than the full size so it'll be easier to grasp. Overall, I like these and have an older mouse/keyboard combo I bought in 2012 that is also wireless, and the same dongle serves both and even though they do not have an on/off button, the batteries seem to last a long time, though I don't use them too often and was purchased to use the computer/laptop from a distance in my living room. The scroll wheel does have little detents that I prefer over the smooth scroll wheel found on some mice. The ones at the college I worked at were like this. Both of these work well and this one being small, I can chuck it into my book bag with the laptop and go, easy peasy. If I am to do serious typing, I have an old Dell 8115 keyboard I can toss in as needed. Mind you it is not wireless, but I prefer them to not be due to potential latency issues for a touch typist. Anyway, going wireless on the mouse a few years back has been a good decision on my part and Logitech is a good choice for mice, be it wired or wireless.

I accidently broke the USB receiver on my Verbatim mouse and it was out of stock on Amazon, so I ordered the Logitech Mini Wireless Mouse and it works great. It arrived the next day, opened the box, plugged in the receiver and I was up working again. It's well made, was reasonably priced and fits nicely in my hand.

Perfect size for small desktop spaces, nice style!

I've started using the M187 back when it first came out 10 years ago and I've loved using it ever since. It fits in the palm of my hand perfectly and totally comfortably and it even has a nice feel to it. It works wonderfully, the pointer goes where you want it to with no difficulties at all. It's super easy to connect, once you plug in the USB dongle your computer does the work for you and sets it up instantly. I like to use it right on my laptop next to my trackpad because it fits perfectly in that blank area under the keyboard and has just enough room for me to move the pointer about my entire screen but I also use it in random spots sometimes as well like on my thigh and I still have no issues with it responding the way it should. It's so much easier than having a big and bulky (regular sized) mouse and it's perfect if you travel around with your laptop a lot because you can put it right in your pocket or even in your laptop case if you have one. Also, you absolutely can't beat the price so there's really no going wrong with this wonderful little mouse!

I love the Logitech M187 (had in blue) but when it conked out after 2 years, I tried to return it to Logitech. I sent them everything and they keep finding reasons to deny me. So, I gave up and just ordered the new mouse I wanted, which was clearly RED mouse with GRAY stripes, but instead received ORANGE with BLUE stripes, labeled as 'RED'. Furthermore, when I tried to return the orange mouse, it seems that the option to return to UPS with QR code was missing and I had to print a label which means you need a printer and packing tape to adhere it to package (which you will also need). WHY IS THIS SO HARD? I shop at Amazon for ONE reason - EASE of RETURNS. If you continue to make this more difficult, I will NOT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Use computer round the clock. Cannot do without this mouse. Small, handy, perfect to use.

It is good but light below the mouse is not working for mouse.
