Giving some relief for my foot ball stress. But there could be choices for arch sizes as the current one not giving full support to my arch. Overall okay.

Worth it
Has been suffering from flat foot pain and this insole keepsy arch high and reduced my ankle and arch pain.

Runs small and feels cheap
The sizing is completely off (ordered a Large, but it fits like a Medium). The material is also disappointing—just hard plastic covered in a thin layer of fabric. Would not recommend. Wasted money as no return policy.

It's cost effective. It's made up of good material, looks sturdy, but somewhat hard on the feet. Toddlers feel discomfort while using them.
