Runs small and feels cheap
The sizing is completely off (ordered a Large, but it fits like a Medium). The material is also disappointing—just hard plastic covered in a thin layer of fabric. Would not recommend. Wasted money as no return policy.

Has been suffering from flat foot pain and this insole keepsy arch high and reduced my ankle and arch pain.

It should be fit. But even the large size is quite small.
The products sizing is not clearly mentioned. On the website it is mentioned that it can be replaced. I had ordered large size after reading from the website. But even large is quite small for me. I need UK 9 size for men. Please replace the item at the earliest.
