Completely clears all steam from the shower!
I'm super pleased with the quality of this product. I bought this to install as a retrofit in bathroom within my 1900 Victorian home. The existing exhaust fan was noisy and useless--it would not clear the steam from the shower at all, and this was leading to mold issues in the bathroom. My father (who is a contractor) advised me to look for a new fan that was 1) designed for retrofit installation [many are designed for new installation only and are a real pain to put into an existing space where the drywall is already in place] and 2) used a blower instead of a standard fan assembly to move the air out of the bathroom. While this is designed for retrofits, the challenges of installing it in an older home meant it took about 4 hours to get the old fan out, and this new fan mounted, wired, and operating. However, I have to say that overall, I am very, very, pleased. While this model is not totally noiseless while it is in operation, it is significantly quieter than the NuTone fan I removed. It also 100% clears all of the steam from the bathroom as you are showering. The mirror is completely clear--no dripping wet mess!

Silent
First unit I received was defective, had a tick and sounded like a vacuum. Exchange was simple and new unit recieved is amazing. Super quiet. If it didn't have a light, you'd have no idea it was on. I vaped up my bathroom and turned the fan on for testing. Works like a charm

Great customer support
If not for the fan assembly issue I would have given this product 5 stars. I'm not including a pic of the issue because the company was that good about making things right. After installation I turned the fan on and it started making a loud clicking sound like it was hitting a screw or something. I noticed that the "squirrel cage" portion of the fan wobbled slightly as it spun, indicating a bent motor shaft. I also found that the plastic blower wheel was broken at the bottom, and the centrifugal force was causing the break to open up enough contact with the air outlet as it spun. I wrote to the company and they were awesome. We live in an imperfect world and things happen. The company really worked to make sure I was satisfied. They requested pictures of the issue and a statement specifying what I was requesting. I emailed 2 pics and a 2 second video clip to provide a clear understanding of what I was describing, and stated what I needed. They were very apologetic and promptly sent a new blower assembly; which thanks to their solid engineering I was able to replace in less than 5 minutes. Clips held it in place while I put in the three screws that mount it tightly; super easy and only two hands were needed, Yay! It has 2 plugs that can only plug into their correct sockets in their correct orientations, so there was not risk of me getting that wrong.Pros:- Super quiet, just as advertised.- Moves a Lot of air, nothing "fogs-up" in that bathroom- The DewStop FS-300-W1 Humidity and Condensation Control on the R in the picture of our switch plate, manages the fan.- Light temp is 2700K- Switch on the L in the picture of our switch plate works both the main light of the fan and the light above our sink. This is allowed per code in our state, but may not be elsewhere. I ALWAYS use a certified electrician for any electrical work, and ALWAYS recommend the same. The brightness in the first photo is deceptive because it's capturing light from both fixtures.Cons:- The night light is surprisingly bright- The 2nd photo from the L is the nightlight before dimming and the 3rd photo from the L, is the nightlight after dimming to max. It's hard to tell in these photos, but the night light is still a little bright, but their is a big difference between before and after dimming. The switch in the M in the picture of our switch plate is for the night light. You can see the slider at the bottom/lowest light level, so that is the light setting when the toggle switch is turned on/off.This was for our master bath and leaving the Kaze night light on with the door open was not an option because the amount of light precluded sleeping (at least for me). To resolve this I replaced the toggle switch dedicated to only the nightlight, with a Lutron Ariadni/Toggler LED+ Dimmer | 150-Watt, Single-Pole/3-Way | AYCL-153P-WH, so I would not need to change my wall plate. I set the dimmer range to its lowest setting before putting on the wall plate so that the slider switch would dim the most. (it's easy and the instructions explain clearly how). With the slider at the lowest, the nightlight is still a little bright for my taste but this took its brightness way down. We leave the slider where it is and just use the toggle switch for on/off, and we are very happy.

KEEP THE noise and moisture down
So quiet it may be a problem if your trying to let one go and not be heard. Good craftsmanship.

Great product!
I love this product though it's a bit pricey. The only concern is when the 4"Ø is used, the noise amplifies about 50% more. Also the choice of LED light is limited. This comes with the 2700k color temperature which is a soft warm light. I love having that 5000k color temperature or at least the 4000k color temperature that they have but have to buy separately. I wish I could have this 2700k replaced with the 4000k without extra cost. The more I would love this product!

Super quiet, NOT bright...
I bought the 120cfm 0.3 sonne w/ night light and while it is ultra quiet, the light itself is fairly disappointing... I had to double check my wiring I couldn't believe how dim and "warm" the light was. I included 2 pictures, the 1st is the Kaze i just installed in my bathroom (sorry for the blur, I had to snap the photo fast before my phone focused in or it would auto adjust the lighting to look brighter than it is) and the 2nd is my hallway light just for comparison. You absolutely NEED vanity lights if you're thinking of just using this in your bathroom. Now Kaze sells replacement LED panels on their website that are tagged at 4000k, so I may have to try that out... But that's another 45$ making this fan VERY expensive. The night light is a cool feature, though it's too bright to leave on all night I would think. It's nice to use first thing in the morning or brushing your teeth late at night though. Like I said, the fan is super quiet. Works best with full 6" solid ventilation duct (I put in a flex, and can ever so faintly hear the foil flapping). Also one other thing of note... The fixture itself is kind of an "off-white". Not a game changer, but why not make it pure white? It would look nicer...Too pricey to have these issues that could easily be fixed... Like perhaps a toggle switch for light warmth/brightness?
