I got recommended this by a friend after my ear drum burst. She said it helps clear her sinuses and congestion. I can't honestly say whether it worked but my ears did clean up using this. Perhaps coincidence or maybe this. But it's like vaping nature.

You need to put all the salt in the pipe and yes I know you feel like it won't go in but it does. I've only had 2 puffs and it doesn't taste like salt or anything else. Should I take deep breaths and hold it in,then slowly out through the nose. YouTube videos are like polite versions of how to use it....you know what I mean so sweet and nice. I want to know if I need to take in a deep breath, hold it, then slowly out through the nose ? I have Breathox and that tastes salty. Trying it for asthma. Apparently you may have more phlegm in the beginning.

Easy to use, and I like the concept. I find it hard to use for 15mins, never mind 2-3 times a day. Having young children may have something to do with it. As it is made from ceramic, I’m also afraid it will break easily if dropped. Therefore have to keep it out of kids reach/sight. Overall seems a good product, and would like to use more often to decide if beneficial.

I made a mistake, this was not the type I was looking for but that doesn't make it a poor product, I just expected a wetter inhalation

I had searched for a salt pipe after watching a webinar with Dr Sarah Myhill (specialist doctor on M.E) and she talked about how she used Lugol's iodine with her salt pipe to help keep her body clear of infection / keep bad bacteria in check etc. As those of you with M.E (and related conditions) know -there are many co-infections that you may have had to deal with. So I ordered this and decided instead to use Peppermint oil in it with the salt as I have used Peppermint oil to help with my brain inflammation atopically with great effect. This salt pipe has been a gamechanger for me. My thinking is that there is the impact of the salt pipe combined with peppermint oil in getting anti-inflammatory agents into my whole system and secondly - it's making me take long deep breathes at regular intervals which helps calm the nervous system. So simple just so effective.

Do not buy. Does not look the same as illustration. The smell and taste from it is not good - wondered if I was inhaling something toxic. The salt leaks out of the holes in the bottom. Very poor quality. Notice trademark on the advertised salt pipe -not on this one . False advertising Requested refund and having to pay return postage for faulty item - very annoying !! (I've had a salt pipe for years and was replacing so know what it should be like)

No se nota la mejoría inhalando sal. Yo solo quería uno pero el paquete viene con dos. Lo encargué por desconocimiento y ahora me siento obligada a tener los dos porq uno solo no se puede devolver. Inservible, otro trasto más.
