Garbage Material!!๐
This is disgusting, ive been using riding gear for years now and this is by far the worst gear ive EVER used! I would not trust this with anything over 10MPH!! The plastic is paper thin and flimsy, the padding is non existent. The only reason im giving this a 5 is so that it pops up with all the obvious liars trying to make you buy something that! DO NOT BUY AS PROTECTION!! FOR AESTHETICS ONLY!!!

I bought this for a Halloween costume, and it fit perfectly. My son is tall and wears a size S, and this worked great for him โ not too tight and not too loose. We even painted a symbol on the front, and it was super easy to do. The costume turned out amazing!

A worth while purchase
I bought this for dirtbike riding of course. Within the first hour of my first ever real ride I nose dive into a ditch. The way I landed I should have broken a rib, but this thing protected me very well. Very comfortable and allows for full rang of motion. The fit is perfect with the ratcheting buckles. It also looks pretty sick. I love this thing. Used it(and gotten hit on a lot of falls) a lot and it is still holding up and not broken at all!

Saved me
Was in an accident with my bike, it saved me. I walked away. Some bruises still, but I am so sure I would have broken a few ribs if I wasnโt wearing it.

Almost half the buttons popped off...
This product is terrible. Half the buttons popped off and a few could not pop on correctly. It is very cheaply made but with a little gorilla glue I just fixed it up again until they pop off again. At least they send you a bag of spare buttons but I wouldn't recommend this product for high impact scenarios. It would be too much a risk for the price of the item. For me, it's not work the headache of sending it back. I'll just keep gluing the buttons back on. Addendum: I use this vest to protect my chest and ribs while wrestling due to a surgery. I had a guy wrestling with me and dropped his weight on my chest. The plastic broke open. LOL. I wouldn't recommend this for motor cross or anything high intensity. Probably good for kids skateboarding or bike riding.

Could be better
Could be stronger. I wear a large so I bought a large and it's huge and I'm 5'11. Do I think it would help in a crash?... Maybe. It does have a nice sleek look to it though.
