I give five stars because this actually worked wonderfully! I've used bleach products a few times and it was always brassy and orange and just looked like crap. I bought this along with some 20 developer and some purple shampoo and a toner mask. About 2 months ago I dyed my hair burgundy and then about 3 weeks ago I tried to put a dark blue over that and I was trying to get a certain purple color so I finally said screw it I'm going to bleach it but try to do it the best way that I can without killing my hair. This was one application process and it lifted it almost completely! I still have a few dark spots but it's not the product's fault it's my fault because I missed a few spots and didn't get it all evenly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Excellent developer ! It has a smooth , creamy consistency that is easy to mix with hair lightener .It provides even lifting , and the large bottle is a great value for the price .I would definitely buy it again

I have used this developer multiple times and I love the creamy formula seems to be thicker than other brands. I’ve used that are more runny. I originally bought it because it had a great price point and was pleasantly surprised by how high-quality it was of the developer even hair color application as well.

Good Developer for Box Hair Dye
Very good quality developer to be used with Revlon, Garnier or Schwarzkopf hair dyes. It’s of a creamier consistency than that of the box dyes. This makes it easier to apply and doesn’t drip off during the whole process.
