Through trouble shooting with their customer service reps Jeremy and Fonda, they were able to diagnose the problem. DXZ sent me a new printer head straight from China in 3 days. They helped me install the new pronter head and I was printing right away. You will have to communicate through the What's App and there is a 12 hour time difference here on the east coast of the USA. This wasn't really a problem for me. I will let you know that owning this printer requires some basic knowledge of computers and electronics. The unit does require some assembly and regular maintenance to keep running smoothly. I bought this for my daughter to upgrade her starter T-shirt business. I have included the first design that was printed in my pictures. The other two are how the printer was shipped.
