Probably. The stem is standard size and threading. I have several different brands and regularly interchange the sprinkler heads to service them. I'd recommend getting an extra one for backup.

They are basically aluminum cast with a zinc coating. There is no lead on them.

No, but the flow to the sprinkler can be changed by adding a turn-off valve at the end of the hose. Also, there is a "flap" that changes the distance and a screw that breaks up the sprinkler arc.
