Regulate supply when it decreases, take it early on to help contribute to increasing supply
After 6 months, I had to go onto exclusive pumping since my work schedule just couldn’t line up to nurse. I had times when my supply would decline due to scheduling issues. That’s when I started looking at options and i tried these pills. If I took them diligently, my supply came back up in a day or two, granted I stayed in a consistent and regular pumping schedule. This time around i recommended these to my sister right after she gave birth and her supply has really flourished in a short period of time. She has PCOS, and that contributes to supply issues but I feel introducing these early on have definitely helped with her supply. These really don’t have much of an after taste, and what little it does tastes a bit like cumin/fenugreek (which I love so I don’t mind it), and it doesn’t last long. Also I took them after each pump session when trying regulate/increase then once I’m at a good place I took them twice a day.

Didn't work for my breastmilk supply
These pills work for some people, but the ingredients didn't push my milk supply up at all. The taste is like black licorice, which is expected, and the pill coating helps tone down the flavor a lot. I wish you could buy one container for the same by-pill pricing online rather than having to buy two.Also some newer information has come out (told to me by my doctor) that fenugreek can cause gas and discomfort in your child if you use. I didn't notice a change while taking it in my daughter.
