I really like these bands. The bands are very pretty. *by A***E on September 23, 2018* The Milanese loop band is easy to attach to the watch and easy to put on with one hand. It is slim and not bulky to wear. I like that it has an easily adjustable magnetic strap. I was worried that the magnet wouldn't be strong enough to feel secure, but it is actually VERY strong and there is no concern about it coming off or lose.And the stainless steel band exceeded my expectations of quality. I was worried the band would look cheap but it doesn't and it’s smooth and solid and doesn't pinch. The band doesn’t comes with the tool but it’s ok. If you need to remove or add links, you can go to a jewellery shop directly. Of course, you can also managed to find some suitable tools just like me. It’s so easy to do. The key is to make sure you insert the needle to the pointed arrow side on the link.I’m very pleased with the quality and the look. The band set features perfect color with 5 quick release pins for fast installation/ removal.  The build quality looks decent. The magnetic band not only does it look great but it's secure and stays on without having to worry about it falling off. Its magnet is very strong and holds the position well. Up to 4 links on each side of the links band can be removed for size adjustment so I believe this links band would fit most people. As far as adjusting, it's so easy. When the band was received I seriously considered taking it to a Jeweler and having it installed professionally so as not to damage anything. However, after watching the instruction video on YouTube, I decided to do it myself. Just Make sure you line up the pin and make sure it is going the direction of the arrow on the link you are removing. If you align the band and the pin properly and you apply just a small amount of pressure, the pin will pop out and you can remove it easily and no damage will occur to the band.  I had to remove two links and it took me less than 10 minutes. Hope it can help you.Overall the band set is pretty comfortable to wear.
