Waste of money. There's no way of knowing what amount of ingredients you're getting in this. Took a chance, but the main effects for me were sleepiness. (Might be the ashwaganda; if you're sensitive to it or anything else in the mix, that could negate other potential benefits.) I'll try a different manufacturer that's considerate/responsible enough to tell you what its products' ingredients are. Thanks to the lack of disclosure I can only guess at what did what here. If I wanted sleepiness, I'd take diphenhydramine. Lowest rating from me

Natural and convenient.
