Very comfortable, easy to put together and at that price i wasn't expecting either of them to be satisfied. But the chair exceeded my expectations and I suggest you get one too. Best in the price range and class.

Easy to install and made with good materials. This chair giving nice back support. I have been sitting on a wooden chair for the last seven years while working from home just to avoid back pain, which I previously experienced at the office due to their chairs. After using this product for about 15 days, my back pain is gone, and it is very comfortable to work in—you can easily work for long hours using this. I highly recommend it to others. The size is good, and the seating base is large, but when it comes to the most important part, the seating comfort, that is totally missing. It's hard; fabric warms up on 1 hour of seating & so more uncomfortable it becomes. Not at all recommended.

Comfortable & Good

I bought this chair in March 2022. It’s now been three years, and I’ve only used it 2 to 3 months each year, as I’ve been living away from home. The rest of the time, it’s been covered with a protective cloth. Despite such minimal use, the fabric underneath is disintegrating, literally turning to dust when touched. That says a lot about the low-grade material used. The chair also tilts to one side, and despite attempts to fix it—tightening the base plate screws (which by the way have rusted with a vengeance) and checking for caster/wheel misalignment—it still leans. That tilt gives me a backache after a while, which defeats the purpose of having a "comfortable" chair. Speaking of comfort: yes, it is comfortable to sit on, but that’s where the praise ends. Now let’s talk about the handles—they look like someone moulded them by hand without proper tools. Uneven, crude plastic. They do the job and are supportive, but absolutely not something I’d expect at this price point. The legs are no better. Looks like someone took metal rods, banged them into shape with a hammer, and said “done.” Uneven, rough, and lacking any refinement. Again, they’re stable—but it’s aesthetically and structurally crude. The chrome plastic cover that you are provided with and indeed all the plastic bits you get are patently cheap loooing and of crude make. I’m sharing this not just to complain, but because I genuinely want the product to improve. We as Indian buyers deserve premium quality for the price we pay, not substandard materials and poor workmanship. If I paid the same price for a Chinese-made chair, I’d have received far better quality and finish. Let’s be honest—this chair wouldn’t sell in Europe. I had a chair from the UK (Cherry Tree brand) that’s still going strong after six years of daily use. That’s the benchmark we should aim for. "Made in India" should mean great quality, durability, and excellent craftsmanship—not just a label. Please raise your standards. We’re tired of settling.
