SO FAR I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITY THIS PRODUCT. I AM 68 YEARS OLD AND HAVE VERY OILY SKIN. i HAVE A CYST ON MY FACE THA I HAVE HAD ALMOST 20 YEARS. IT'S BEEN LANCED, OPERATED ON TO TRY AND GET THE SACK OUT AND INJECTED. IT IS IN A VERY BAD PLACE ON MY FACE THAT I HAVE HIDDEN IT WITH FACIAL HAIR, IT IS VERY IMBARASSING. RECENTLY I HAD ANOTHER ONE COME UP JUST ABOVE IT. I PUT YOUR SALVE ON THEM DAILY. THE NEW ONE SEEMS TO BE GETTING SMALLER BY THE DAY AND THE OLD ONE SEEMD TO BE RESPONDING AS WELL. IF I CAN GET RID OF THESE I WILL ALWAYS HAVE YOUR PRODUCT ON HAND AND REFER OTHERS TO YOUR PRODUCT. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS TO HAVE SOMTHING LIKE THIS TO GET RID OF THE CYST'S IS FANTASTIC. GRATE PRODUCT!

This salve exceeded my expectations as far as easing pain of cystic acne, and drawing out infection. A little goes a long way.

Worked well under my granddaughters arm! I used a dab on a pimple under my chin.

This salve is definitely a wonder! I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa (H.S. or acne inversa), which causes cysts/boils to pop up on my body. As a teen I had several on my underarms due to 1) an allergy to the cheap deodorant my mother bought us kids, 2) my bra and other fabrics rubbing against my skin, and 3) undiagnosed H.S. Now that I'm older and buy my own things, the occurrence of the cysts on my underarms has reduced significantly. However, I now get them in the sensitive areas of my privates. The cysts are painful, grow fast (blocked duct or irritated duct from friction causes backup of lubrication from the glands to back up and grow), and cause me to spend 10+ hours in the tub soaking with epsom salts and praying for the cyst to release. Yesterday AM was day 3 of such torture and this cyst would. Not. Leave. I have been window shopping between this product and another popular similar product for a bit now and I was in so much discomfort yesterday that I finally broke down and bought this and got same day delivery! The instructions were unclear and were not tailored to this product. It said nothing of boils, cysts, etc. Let me put your minds at ease. It works. The first application was very uncomfortable- not by any fault of this product. I waited about an hour after application before I rushed into the bathroom and back into the tub (the heat helps the pain) and this salve was making things a bit more sensitive. My husband took a look and it had already started to work! I soaked for a while longer and then got out, dried off, and husband applied a thin, but even coat to the still painful bump. You don't need a lot for it to work. It melts right into your fingertips, and the smell is a nice herbal lavender that isn't too overwhelming. Its a little oily bc of the oils in the ingredients, bit they're all nourishing and calming. Application is simple. I'm not sure what magical ingredient(s) did it, but I slept overnight (about 10 hours total of application) and when I woke up this morning and jumped into the tub, used a wet warm washcloth to clear away the salve, it had released! I paid $20 USD for 1oz of this stuff and in my honest opinion, it was worth every cent. Do I wish it had been cheaper? Yes, But people have to eat, and this product deserves the financial contributions. 4/5 stars. The instructions should be clear about the specific product ordered. The jar is small, I wish it came with a small spatula or something to pull the tiny amount out.
