Step counter doesn't work
The watch is useful for messages and calls etc but the step counter is wildly inaccurate and there doesn't seem to be a way to manually override it. I did 3 miles on the treadmill and my watch is showing me as having only done 2km the entire day. I have tried to contact customer service through the app but this also does not work. I understand it's a lot cheaper than most similar products but starting to realise there may be a reason for that!

App, instructions and watch totally useless.
This watch was purchased because of the review statements and to align with family member who also has had problems with sister type watch. The watch looks good and fits good but unable to set up and link with iPad. The Bluetooth would not connect at any price and the link provided turned out to be an advert for some gaming platform. The clock was inaccurate and could not adjust it so must be linked with base platform. Lots of useless links for sports not used. Interesting point is that the steps counter seems to only work when you move your arms! Maybe another Bluetooth problem. Overall not value for money if you cannot link or set it up with your base. Is this a known problem with Apple iPad or is it a watch system problem? If either then should be in listing.
