**Q: Did they fix the pump issues mentioned so much in the comments?**
A: I have not had an issue with the pump ever.  I always save the previous pumps to have extras on hand and to reuse the bottles for other things, but even with that I have never had one fail.

**Q: It says "alcohol free" but then benzyl alcohol is right there in the ingredients.  Am I missing something?**
A: In cosmetic labeling, the term "alcohol" used by itself, refers to ethyl alcohol. For many years cosmetic manufacturers have marketed certain cosmetic products that do not contain ethyl alcohol (also known as ethanol, or grain alcohol) as "alcohol free".  Cosmetic products, including those labeled "alcohol free," may contain other alcohols.

**Q: why does my recent purchase not pour?  it is stopped up.**
A: As with many products that use safety seals, it is important to ensure that none of the sealing material remains behind after opening. From time to time, during transportation, air bubbles can get trapped in the components of the bottle preventing products from pouring correctly. One trick to use is to blow into the four openings on top of the bottle after the first opening to ensure the safety seal (foil below the plastic green protector) has been fully removed before snapping on the pour spout.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Go-To Mouth Wash

Obviously I recommend this stuff, since I’ve used it regularly and exclusively for more than a couple years. I especially like being able to get these larger bottles from Amazon for a couple reasons: 1. More cost effective and 2. The smaller bottles have both “formulas” (or whatever it’s called - basically there’s two different solutions that are kept separate, then you mix them together right before use) in the same bottle and 9/10 times one would come out and the other wouldn’t or one would come out at a different rate so it wasn’t an equal mixture - which it is supposed to be. The two different bottles for each solution completely prevents this and I’m not wasting so much like I always do with the smaller bottles. There were times with the two-in-one bottles, I’d end up throwing the whole thing away without using it. And that is completely unaffordable because this stuff isn’t cheap. But it is effective. And it’s the ONLY mouthwash I’ve ever found effective. So I am so thankful to have found smart mouth in this form. And I cannot find it locally. It’s always shipped tightly packed and has never ever leaked in any way. My only struggle with it is sometimes getting the pumps to work at first. Once I get them working they’re fine (unless I move them - then sometimes I have to fiddle with them again). So don’t wait until you’re in a hurry to open the bottles and install the pumps. Because it can take some serious patience to get them adjusted so they’re working easily.
