They are definitely very insulated and warm. The bulk of the gloves does reduce dexterity slightly on the handle and throttle but I expect it to get better as they're broken in. My hand circumference was 8" and the medium fit perfectly. Seems like these would be great for snowmobiling or snowboarding as well.
