Computer is shutting off randomly after only a couple months of use
After only a few weeks of use this computer is shutting down randomly. lt only happens when gaming, and after trying multiple drivers and firmware updates for the 5050 and the mobo it is still happening. I verified power connectors, reseated the connections and the GPU itself. Event logs indicate the problem is stemming from the GPU. The motherboard or GPU is having hardware issues already unfortunately and Zotac's warranty replacement is notorious for terrible rma process.

Amazing Computer for the Price!!!
This machine is everything you could ask for at this price. It's got two extra RAM slots, a nice power supply, an extra m.2 slot and even though it has 5 RGB fans it's absolutely silent!! As with a couple of other reviews, Windows was not activated. But I emailed support and got an answer back literally within minutes giving me an activation key that worked so I don't know what those people did wrong but their 1 star rating says a lot more about them than it does this rig. If you're on the fence bc of the reviews don't be! It's an absolute killer setup for the money and looks amazing.

PC gaming computer
I need tech support, and I’m not able to get anyone to help me. They told me to send attachments to get an authentication code came back. Said the files are too big and now I can’t get anyone to return my call. I need help with this this is for my grandson‘s birthday which is today. We tried to get this set up for him so he could have it ready today.

Wouldn't have even given a star the product crashes constantly just starts rebooting out of the blue I do not recommend

Didn't come with windows 11
Claims it comes with windows 11. Support is zero help whatsoever. Prepare to pay for windows 11 yourself. Other than that it's a good pc but there's many out there like it with probably a better Support team

Windows will not activate
Computer arrived for nephews birthday and Windows is not activated. It will not activate at all and tells me to return to the retail location and purchase a valid license key… Not a good first impression

Better than I expected!
Got this gaming pc as a birthday gift from my dad, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much at first since it's only got a RTX 5050. Was def surprised by how well it runs my games. Everything has been smooth so far, and even in 4K works way better than I thought it would. Setup was simple and I haven’t run into any issues yet, will update back if anything changes tho. Overall it’s been a solid experience and definitely better than I expected.

Love this PC
Got this PC from my husband as a birthday present for my tee shirt business, was surprised this PC is actually able to play all my games and not just a workstation. Love that I can change the fan colors and it's super quiet.
