Great medication for stuffy nose/sinus. Don't overdo it because excessive use will cause inflammation and defeat the purpose.

So glad that the previous way of dispensing has returned! The pump is terrible

This product is super effective. I have been using it for years. Before going to bed, I take two squirts in each nostril and apply a nasal strip. This life hack has enabled me to sleep deeply and soundly and avoid having to get a sleep apnea machine. I highly recommend this product.

Best nose spray

This was the Squeeze bottle 1/2oz-15ml Severe congestion I received. The stuff written on the bottle has changed a little, it no longer says up to 12hr spray anymore. It just says Afrin Severe congestion, same type squeeze bottle with red cap. It was not the no drip kind that has the pump top if thats what you are looking for. Exp. date was 10/24. Works same as always has, it the only thing that works for me. New bottle style on the left vs the old style on the right.
