Excellent cooling, not temperature variance, air conditioner cold. Excellent choice. Installed dy in 2 hours. U tube instructions not same as procedure.

The fans are pretty quiet,and look to be really well made.The fan bracket is plastic,but I think it's reinforced with glass (maybe?I'm no expert) because it's sturdier than I think plastic alone would be.The fan motor power and ground leads are fairly heavy gauge when you consider the size of the fans themselves.As you can tell from the pictures the fan motor is pretty good sized too.I ran the fan without a load for about fifteen minutes and they showed no sign of getting anywhere close to hot,or even warm. Installation is super easy using the included brackets and 'fasteners'.This type of attachment slips between the fins of the radiator,with included padding under the mount to protect the radiator.Then on the other side of the radiator (or cooler..) another pad,the fan mounting bracket a spring (helps maintain even tension,then the keeper on the end of the strap.Sounds complicated is easy peasy. Wiring is up to you,I recommend a relay and a fuse.One of these fans has duty as a transmission cooler fan on an upcoming build.The other one? We'll see... This is not my first review of a maXpeedingrods item.I've by and large found them reasonably priced and very well made.The fans are no exception,well made and selling at a price me as a gear head can appreciate.This item rates a solid 10 out of 10,and I can whole heartedly recommend it.

I'm really pleased with this new cooling fan, in my opinion it was a solid, easy fix. The quality is decent, and it seems like it will be durable but only time will tell of course. Installation was straightforward, everything lined up perfectly. Its performing exactly as expected, turning on right when it was supposed to. The fan runs smoothly and is surprisingly quiet while still managing to move a substantial amount of air. Usually my car struggles in summer but with this, the temperatures have been perfect. This fan works great for the price. I wouldnt mind grabbing another one if I had to.

These fans have a good bit of torque to them and move a good amount of air for such a small fan. These will be perfect for my transmission cooler, but could be used on anything like a UTV radiator, large power steering cooler for drift cars, etc. I like that the fan shroud is VERY strong and has so many ways to mount it. There are lots of holes to attach it to your own shroud, zip ties to hold it through the radiator fins themselves, or there's plenty of room to drill your own holes if it's not perfect for your application. The wires are a bit small, considering the torque they put out. The fans spin up right away, compared to cheaper made fans that are about the same price. The black wire is ground, and the positive is blue. The fan cannot be wired in reverse mode (I tried) and is meant to sit behind the radiator/heat exchanger and pull through it. The price is very good too, I would definitely suggest these for a custom built that has a side mount trans cooler or small radiators. I wish the blade could be reversed to turn it into a pusher fan, just so it would fit more applications.
