I was a little concerned with the other reviews when I bought this. Not sure what to think about the others but here's my experience. I received this tank timely and the packaging was just fine. When I pulled the tank out of the box I did think I got duped (empty tank) because I've never bought a helium tank before. I was expecting the weight to be like what my propane tanks are like. Was not so. This tank does feel empty upon pulling it out of the box, but I've filled several balloons with it so far and it's working perfectly. A little more detail though: the plastic shut off valve people are complaining about - I have no problem with. It works. Enough said. Turn the knob on only when you are ready to use the tank, then shut it off. On the balloons: I bought some balloons from the dollar store where you can insert a nozzle in them then the slit in the bottom of the balloon seals itself when you press on it after the balloon is filled with helium. I think this detail has much to do with people complaining about balloons falling down after 1 day. I did a "test run" with one of the aforementioned balloons and the balloon was in the air for well over a week. I will buy this tank again. I have zero problems with it.

Worked great for me. I filled 10 large balloons and still have helium left. I was concerned about the negative reviews saying that balloons filled with this helium didn't float well. And then the first balloon I filled barely floated. It stayed 4 feet off of the floor, but couldn't lift the whole ribbon into the air. The next two balloons were the same. I regretted my purchase. But then I filled the next balloon as full as I could, to be sure. It floated nicely. I went back and filled the others as full as I could and they too floated nicely. They all stayed on the ceiling for about 10 days. A friend of mine told me to be sure to buy foil balloons, not rubber ones which lose their helium after just one day, so I did. More than disappointed in this product. For the price I paid, I expected superb results. I bought this to inflate balloons for my sisters 30th birthday. I had over 60 balloons and was hoping to fill up as many as possible. Out of those sixty balloons, the helium tank filled up maybe 10. The ten that did work floated up to the ceiling and I was pleased that my money didn’t go completely to waste, or so I had thought. After returning about two hours later (had to get ready for the party) I returned to very balloon on the floor. This helium tank was useless and I am beyond disappointed. For $50, you would expect a product to work. The directions were followed precisely and this was not my first time using a tank. The product was defective and quite frankly I want my money back. Her birthday room should’ve been filled with beautiful floating balloons, but instead all I got was robbed of my money and left with useless decorations. Very displeased.

The only downside is that once you use all the helium you have to throw the tank away. Otherwise it works just as good if not exactly like the ones you see at any dollar store. Pricey-BUT...if you're wanting to blow up a good bit of balloons, who wants to take them all to a store, to stand in line & wait while they blow up fifty-eleven balloons, and charge you over a $1 PER BALLOON(especially if you don't buy balloons from said store) when you could've just ordered this tank. And even if you don't think you need as much helium, there's always a birthday, anniversary, or some celebration that you could put it to use later.

We needed 250 balloons for our church's balloon launch. The helium delivered in good time. We didn't know balloons were included in the box, because the description didn't say they were included. We blew up the balloons at 6AM and by 9AM they were starting to shrink and fall down. We expected them to last at least 6 hours. The balloons were poor quality and leaked helium. The helium tank was easy to use, but our balloon launch was a disaster due to the leaky balloons. Next time we will purchase the same helium tank, but we will purchase quality balloons from somewhere else.

I love how easy and convenient this was, and cost effective compared to grocery stores these days. But we inflated the balloons at 3am and at 8am some of them were already at half mast. I will not buy again because of this issue.

I have read all the mixed reviews of this product. I've been using this product for years and have generally been happy. I would recommend filling balloons as close the start of the party as possible. That being said, I have a mylar balloon that is still floating on my ceiling almost a month later. Kids didn't put ribbon on it so I'm waiting for it to drift down. Follow the directions and you should be good. Blows up a fair amount of balloons too

This product is nothing as described It's intended for 50 balloons 🎈, however, the helium tank only blew up 10 medium sized balloons Very disappointing 😞

The tank arrived as promised, However, the tank is either empty or has a defective valve.. I will return the tank for refund.
