Took forever to put together but very sturdy. Hinges work well.

The reason I gave this product five stars is because of how thoughtfully everything was designed for the customer. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and every screw was individually packaged and clearly labeled, which made assembly so much easier. Most similar products just throw all the parts into one plastic bag, making everything frustrating to sort through, and their manuals are often poorly illustrated. This company clearly understands how to make a high-quality product and provide a great customer experience.

Love this storage bed. I can fit all the stuff that was cluttering my room, in the storage area beneath my bed. The bed is sturdy and it looks amazing. I originally got it just for the storage but it is quickly becoming my favorite bed ever. Great purchase and totally worth it. Note: I have a memory foam mattress that is on the softer side and I was concerned the mattress would melt into the wooden slats. But, that is not the case at all. In fact, the frame holds the mattress in place and the mattress actually feels firmer (that’s a good thing because it was too soft). So, an unexpected bonus of the bed frame is its ability to keep soft memory foam mattresses from sagging and helps to hold the shape.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this bed frame was an absolute nightmare to deal with. The installation process is frustrating from the start with misaligned parts, but the real dealbreaker came when trying to assemble the lift mechanism. The hinges are completely defective. The hinges simply will not articulate properly to complete the build. I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot what should have been a straightforward assembly, only to be left with a half-built frame taking up space in my bedroom. Save yourself the massive headache and look for a different lift-up frame. Returning a giant, heavy king-sized box is an ordeal in itself, and this product is definitely not worth the stress.

I absolutely love this bed. It really completes the aesthetic I was going for. Assembly was fairly easy overall, although I did have some trouble with the gas spring at first. After working with it a bit, I was able to figure it out. My only minor downside is that the headboard isn’t as tall as it appeared in the pictures.

Love this bed. Not to bad to put together. Definitely need at least 2 people. The only thing I will say is it sits low.

Really nice bed, sturdy and easy to use storage

This bed is exactly what I wanted. My only drawback is that I thought it was wood and not corduroy but that’s on me. The lift up mechanism is actually really powerful so he careful when assembling. It is a really sturdy bed. It took us (two people) about 3 hours to assemble fully.
