Teen Kid is allllmost 5 feet tall, and it dragged a little bit with boots. Maybe 2 inches? Wish I had ordered the smaller size. But this way kid can probably also use it next year too. Or an adult can use it next year, as well! It's soft. A tiny bit see through but only if you're putting it up to the sun. It's not extra lightweight, but somewhat lightweight. The hood part was a bit too large on teen kiddo. But a smaller size would have probably been better. No time to exchange. Kid was really happy with it! Even modified it by adding flowers to the edge of the hood and lacy material for face.
