Unisex Halloween Costume Cape Hooded Velvet Cloak for Men and Womens

This was for my kids costume. Was perfect. I think we choose the medium size? Teen Kid is allllmost 5 feet tall, and it dragged a little bit with boots. Maybe 2 inches? Wish I had ordered the smaller size. But this way kid can probably also use it next year too. Or an adult can use it next year, as well! It's soft. A tiny bit see through but only if you're putting it up to the sun. It's not extra lightweight, but somewhat lightweight. The hood part was a bit too large on teen kiddo. But a smaller size would have probably been better. No time to exchange. Kid was really happy with it! Even modified it by adding flowers to the edge of the hood and lacy material for face. Super cute.

I used this for Halloween. I wish it were just a bit fuller to completely wrap around, but it was good enough. There is plenty of length, even for tall folk.

I didn't expect much from this hooded cape - just something for a last minute Halloween costume; however, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The weight and fit were both great. I'm 5'4", 145lbs and it was roomy - length was perfectly to the floor when barefoot. To be honest, I didn't want to take it off and wish I could wear it every day, haha! This is not of higher end quality or perhaps at cosplay standards, etc., and I could see how the ribbon tie could potentially rip off as other reviewers noted (if you're wearing it a lot, just reinforce the ribbons with extra thread).

For the price, this is great. Velvety fabric which looks quality, while being reasonably thin for costume use. Definitely long.

Was bought to replace a lost similar item. This cape fit perfectly, did not tore or rip when I was crawling all over the ground, has the material I was looking for as far as visibility and although I was not looking for it to keep me warm, it helped the process just by being covered up as an extra layer.

It didn't even last one night. The string is too weak to hold up such a heavy and long cloak. It's like thin ribbon. It should be a thicker or sturdier rope like fabric to tie. Other than that, it's a great cloak. Good feel and look. I just wish I didn't have to
