Lovely water heater
This water heater works quickly - five minutes to boiling with a full pot of water. I bought it also because the opening at the top is wide so I can clean the pot easily. It's also pretty, and holds enough hot water for several friends to have hot drinks. I bought one for my church and liked it so much I got one for myself. I recommend this product.

Don’t waste your money
You definitely get what you paid for. No markings of cup selection. The dispenser spout is ill designed in that it drips when off. I would highly NOT recommend this coffee urn.
