The book that everyone should have at their home. Whatever we prepare as per the instruction, it will surely become a signature dish of us. I bought it last week. I have just made 4 dishes during the weekend. My family loved it. It is not only a book, it's an asset. Don't worry about the price, it's like one time investment. Food lovers, do buy it. The delivery was super fast and the packaging was awesome. A good cook should own it. So many secrets for the better cooking has been revealed in this book. The wet paste that the book has become the main ingredient in all my dishes now. I am good cook and love cooking using this book. Kudos to the author. Loved this book so much.

I simply cannot click the 5th Star as yet, because only two recipes from the host available have been tried out.The two tried out are Excellent - both non veg;the Chettinad Chicken & the mutton dish.Over a period of time, will try out the other recipes too. I love to read out the recipes & my cook dishes out the magic.The Book is very well produced & luckily I got it on Amazon - after failing to get it elsewhere.

Very badly sent it was not in brand new shape, it's avert expensive book full of nothing special, waste of money. Plz don't buy .

Very well curated book. I bought it prior to my visit and stay at the Bangala. The information in this book gave me an enriched connect with this heritage property and it's culinary traditions.
