Delicious! And made in the U.S.A.
I've been drinking these daily since the moment they arrived at my doorstep. I'll admit that I'm in that group that does not like drinking plain water. Will I drink plain water? Maybe. Hopefully not, though. I've had SOOOOOO many drink mixes over the years and I'm a big fan of the market segment, and I often buy it myself or receive some in exchange for an honest review. This is one of my favorites. TASTE --- A It's a very subjective attribute, but what I can say is that it has a very pleasant fruity flavor that is sweet with a hint of tartness. The watermelon is not the typical artificial watermelon, and honestly only slightly imparts a watermelon flavor. I have one other watermelon lime drink mix that nobody in my house liked besides me, and those negative experiences made me do some convincing for them to try this one, and everyone enjoyed it this time. CONCENTRATION --- A+ From the drink mixes that stand out in my memory, Mio makes a very tasty mix that comes in a liquid form. Their problem, though, is that you need to squeeze out a lot of mix to get a deep taste. Most powders are the same, save for a few. This is one in which you get a ton of flavor out of each stick. In fact, I often split up one stick for two 500ml water bottles and still get a punchbowl's worth of flavor. It's the best. Period. They better not change this aspect of their formula. ENERGY --- No Rating I personally felt good after drinking these mixed with water, but who's to say whether that's just being hydrated or whether some ingredients in this product contributed to that experience? I did not encounter any negative effects, and that's enough for me to be satisfied. I prefer not to make any health claims. VALUE --- B It's a great product in terms of flavor enhancing water and overall improving hydration. For the other claims that this product makes, you're paying some premium above that which must be compared to the alternative. I'm not in to energy drinks, but they also seem quite expensive as well. I will say that this is a product made in the U.S.A., and that bumps this up to a B in terms of value.

Good Taste, Easy to Dilute for More Servings
This performance drink mix comes in convenient individual stick packs, making it easy to carry and mix on the go. Following the instructions to mix one packet into 12 - 16 oz of cold water, I was shocked by how sweet and intense it tasted. I had to dilute it immediately with double the amount of water, and even then, it was still strong and sweeter than I prefer. Personally, using only a quarter of a packet in about 20 oz of water gives me a pleasant, tangy watermelon flavor. Diluting also helps reduce the iron content that I didnโt notice when I placed the order, which is important for me because I typically avoid supplemental iron. Most menโs multivitamins exclude iron for a reason, yet this mix contains 20 mg, which is over a full dayโs amount even for women. Taken daily, this could potentially contribute to iron overload depending on individual status. The proprietary blend of NO-boosting ingredients, plus Cordyceps and Rhodiola, is intriguing. The addition of NMN and minerals should provide a noticeable boost to performance and endurance. I can still enjoy it as a hydration drink by using smaller portions, but I would personally prefer a version without iron, as it tends to cause inflammation for me. If youโre dealing with anemia or iron deficiency, the iron level here could actually be helpful, offering both supplementation and a flavorful energy-enhancing hydration mix.

Tastes pleasant and feels good
Iโve been trying this daily performance drink mix and overall I like it. The watermelon lime flavor is pretty refreshing and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to drink with water. It mixes in fairly well, and I like that itโs sugarโfree and doesnโt have any caffeine, so I can take it later in the day without it affecting my sleep. I mainly use it as a hydration boost and a little wellness ritual during the day. I like the idea of the added NAD+ and NMN along with the adaptogenic ingredients like cordyceps, though itโs hard to tell exactly what theyโre doing beyond just feeling generally well hydrated and steady. If youโre looking for a stimulantโfree drink mix that focuses on electrolytes and โlongevityโ type ingredients instead of energy from caffeine or sugar, this is a nice option to try.

Tastes Good Even for Picky Hydration Drink Drinkers
Staying hydrated should not feel like a full time job, but between having an autoimmune condition and taking medication that leaves me dehydrated, plain water often just does not cut it for me. Because of that, I am always on the hunt for hydration powders that actually taste good and do not feel like I am forcing myself to drink them. This one was a pleasant surprise. First off, the flavor is genuinely good. I am very picky about overly sweet drinks and this one hits a nice balance. It is refreshing without being sugary or artificial tasting, and the Watermelon Lime Chill flavor is light enough that I do not get tired of it. One packet in my 40 oz tumbler was perfect and gave my water a noticeable flavor without being overpowering. Mixing is easy too. I did not need a shaker bottle or anything fancy. A quick stir with a straw and it dissolved smoothly with no gritty texture left behind, which is always a big win for me. If I had to nitpick, it would be the packaging. There is no perforated edge to tear it open cleanly. The first time I tried to open one, it split down the middle and powder went everywhere. Now I know to grab scissors, but that does make it a little less convenient for true on the go use, especially for athletes or anyone tossing one into a gym bag. That small issue aside, this is a hydration mix I actually enjoy drinking, which says a lot. If you struggle with staying hydrated and want something that tastes good without being overly sweet or loaded with sugar, this one is definitely worth trying.

Flavor has an aftertaste
This supplement is great for increasing your oxygen intake. With more oxygen circulating throughout the body it helps you to have more blood flow which overall helps with endurance, stamina, and healing. I like that it is a product free of dyes, sugar, dairy, caffeine, gluten, & GMOs. It is full of electrolytes (Himalayan salt & Potassium) Vitamin B12 (energy), Vitamin C (immunity), Iron, and beet root. Ingredients Breakdown: - The Iron & beet root help aid with oxygen intake. - One thing to take note of is that it contains a pre-workout called citrulline malate which helps to improve blood flow and reduce muscle soreness after working out. Itโs probably best to not take this product if you have a heart condition or taking medications that lower your BP as it can cause your blood pressure to drop. - It contains cordyceps milaris (improvement in V02 max - how much oxygen your body absorbs while working out and increase in ATP production - provides energy to muscles). - It has rhodiola rosea - helps the body to resist physical & mental stress - Malic acid - sour flavoring found in unripe fruits - Nicotinamide mononucleotide - enhances energy metabolism and physical activity - WS-23 Cooling Agent - creates a flavorless cooling sensation) - Thaumatin - sweetener without the bitter taste found in katemfe fruit - Silicon Dioxide - acticaking agent preventing clumping - BioAscend - probiotics, a digestive aid My experience: I took the powder supplement mid walking (roughly a quarter of a mile), pushing my almost 2 year old in her stroller on bumpy grass. I was already winded by the time I took the supplement with water. We went to a New Year festival in our nearby town and chased around my daughter, carried her while walking (25lbs), and played with her. I did notice that after sometime I was able to breathe better and my heart rate was surprisingly lower. It gave me an extra boost or push to allow me to do more physically as an out of shape Mama. An hour or so after taking the supplement I did notice that my cheeks were red and hot. This lasted until the next morning. Iโm not sure if that was related or a side effect to the supplement but this was my experience. Overall, I feel that the product works. I would just read up on the ingredients to see if this is the right product for you.

Great flavor
Ok, I honestly have no idea if its effects are as promised, but I am really psyched about the taste. I normally hate how sweet these drink mixes are (I usually add unsweetened tea or lemon/lime juice to them to cut the sweetness), but this one is bold, tart, and utterly refreshing. I drink one every morning between cups of coffee.

Very flavorful
Was not sure i would like this flavor or not, i love watermelon electrolyte/etc drink mixes but, they are often weak and i actually dislike lime flavors, even limes themselves but, figured this was offered to try and it has watermelon so why not get it... turned out that watermelon and lime go well together and i actually really like this one, even the stevia in it that normally makes drinks taste more on the chemical bitter side to me, is not doing so with this drink mix (i gather because it is an REB-M sweetener which i loved when the no longer opened purecane company use to make zero sweetener with).. VERY strong drink mix, i first made it with 12oz water (says 12-16oz on package), it was delicious but, very strong. Next time i divided the packet between 2- 12oz bottles and it was still pretty tasteful.. which makes the thirty-four price tag for only 20 packets more affordable for daily use if you are on small frame side and/or use other performance products like protein shakes.. My only concern is not knowing where this is actually made, says its 'manufactured' for hypervant in NV (nevada), a company that isn't but, 3 months old if go by trademark info.. i personally like to know where in the world a consumable product is actual 'made' at but, on rare occasions when something is promising and ends up being delicious and also seems to help me with my 30 minute bike workout better than expected, i can overlook that and just hope its safe.. **pic with packet in it is full strength in 12oz water..second pic is half strength with 12oz water**
