Lots of Bang for the Buck
I upgraded my Player Telecaster and got lots more than I expected. The mod is very straightforward. It is an exact fit for my Tele. All the screws lined up perfectly. Several things, intonation is not a problem. But be sure the strings are not touching the height adjustment screws. This happens easily as there are no grooves for the strings. No surprises. And you get a lot more the traditional Tele twang.

Awesome bridge, requires drilling for squier though.
I put this bridge on a squier bullet tele (along with tex/mex pups) i had to drill 9 holes in it, but i know what I'm doing here so not a big deal. That 120 dollar squier is a mean guitar now, 100% stage ready. I have about 250 in total (including guitar) in it and it's more than fender good (I've owned a Mexican standard, and a Nashville deluxe)! It probably bolts right on a fender, but unless you're comfortable drilling into your guitar it won't go right on the squier. I can't put this guitar down now though!

No problem with intonation
This bridge is absolutely amazing. It looks awesome and sounds even better. I replaced the factory bridge on my 2021 MIM player Tele with this bridge and the results were incredible. The guitar just seemed to come alive. It resonates so much better than the factory bridge and feels so nice. All drilled holes lined up perfectly and the swap was flawless. I opted to keep the "Phillips" head screws from the old bridge over the "flat head" screws that come with this bridge (personal preference). A common gripe of bridges like these is the inability to properly intonate the guitar. I found with a few very minor adjustments, this came almost perfectly setup from the factory. The barrels were aligned just about right and the guitar has been intonated exceptionally well. I don't know why Fender stopped making these their standard Tele bridges. They really are an exceptional.

Love the part as with all stuff Fender
Love the part as with all stuff Fender, but the color picture and title of "chromed gold" is misleading. Looks more like copper which is cool and what I expected. Best thing is it matched the rest of the gold parts and works fine. I will have to put in brass saddles to really make it work. All in all, true fender quality!

Vintage style tele/esquier bridge
Got this for my squier esquire. Lined up decent enough and took the sd pickup too. Was worried about the saddles and strings lining up without strings resting over hight adjustment screws but they settled in right next to the screwholes. These aren't the compensated saddles but i got the intonation pretty close so i haven't felt the need for the compensated brass saddles. Love the slotted screw heads just wish the pickup adjustment screws where also slotted not phillips. I palm mute quiete often and this bridge isn't bad at all once you adjust. I normally play tune o matic style bridges so the full sided vintage bridge feels a bit in the way at first but no problem at all. Looks the part and does its job.

Great classic tele style bridge.
Good product. Installed on a 2022 MIM player series. The finish on these isn’t a perfect glassy smooth chrome, but I knew that going in. That’s just how these vintage fender bridges are. No issues with intonation or string slippage here. As for tone, it does add a little extra twang. You have a lot of choices for bridges out there, but if you want a genuine fender part this is a great choice.

Great Bridge at a Great Price
Terrific bridge. I built my own ash Tele to get the playability and action I wanted without paying over a thousand bucks. The bridge proved to be an issue since day one. The no name bridge I bought originally had a dead sound so that was quickly removed and replaced with a compatible part from another dealer. I went for the 6 saddle bridge from this dealer in an attempt to get good intonation on the instrument. When the bridge arrived, the string slots on the saddles were offset and, as expected, these flipped when the strings were tightened and also sounded like mud! (btw a bad review posted on this dealers website was never published, unlike the Musician's Friend reviews). I tried going for the modern bridge but this did not fit the routing on the body and I did not feel like re routing the instrument. Eventually I went for the Fender bridge with the three brass saddles and the difference was like night and day! The instrument now sounds like a Tele should, crisp and twangy. Ok, the intonation is slightly off but so slightly to be unnoticeable to all but the most picky ear. Viva Fender.

poor quality plating
The bridge is good for my tele build , the saddles are not great but I am not concerned about that as I had planned on replacing them anyway. The plating is great except that only the front half of the ashtray is plated. For some unknown reason the area of the ashtray behind the pickup opening is not plated. Weird. looks terrible.
