It took 3 people to set it up and 3 days to fill we have well water , it has worked amazing set up was easy . We sadly put it in the wrong spot on top of a lot of rocks but we will be moving its location to another spot we are building . 14ft by 42 inches is a great size honestly! I’ll be buying accessories for her so she lost longer pump works great but I’ll be getting a upgraded one I want this pool to last great purchase honestly

So I wanted to love this pool but I had a really bad experience with the vendor. First of all the pool came used. We notice as we were assembling it. So I reached out to Amazon and since this was bought through third party seller they advised to contact them first. So I went ahead and contacted them and explained it was used. They first offered to refund me a very small percentage when payed almost $400, so I told them that didn’t seem fair, so they offered a little more and I agreed. Next day when I went to inspect pool, it was leaking. We spotted the hole and when I went to look for the patches, it didn’t even bring it. I was so upset, this thing took more than half a day to fill and now I have to go buy something to patch it. I reached out to the seller and explained and showed proof with pictures and said I wanted a full refund. They wanted me to empty out pool, and send back the pool so they can refund me. Really? After so much back and forth, I contacted Amazon explained what happened and how I felt robbed. I payed for a brand new item and I received a used, leaking pool without patches. After sending them proof of the leak, Amazon went ahead and just refunded me. Literally the next day the seller sent me an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they are gonna refund me… yea after Amazon did it first. The pool I received was bad quality, the seams are made poorly and that is the weakest spot in our pool. It is a pretty decent size. Kids and adults can fit comfortably inside. But it does feel a little whimsy. So it’s more like a chill pool. Kids can definitely have fun in them. But don’t know how long it will last kids being kids. For everything that it brings the price is not bad, but then again it’s a cheap, poorly made pool. Materials feel weak. Overall I had a bad experience with the pool, would not recommend the vendor.

Pretty much the standard Intex pool kit. This is the second version we have purchased. Our first Intex pool lasted around 8 years before the liner wore out and some of the metal had rusted out or away. So in May we ordered this kit to replace our old pool. After about a month of use, our pool pump that was included in the kit stopped working. Only took a call to Intex to get the ball rolling on a Warranty claim for a new pump. The claim was easily made, new pump was Fedexed out to us. All companies should be as easy to make a Warranty claim! The ease of this claim sold me even more on Intex. That’s how you build customer loyalty. Hopefully we will get 8 years or more out of this kit, and you can be sure when it is time to purchase another pool kit, it will be an Amazing Intex brand.

READ THIS!!! I don’t ever write reviews for a product, but I will tell you the pool is great!! do yourselves a favor and buy the pool only and add a sand filter system to it. Those paper filtered pool filters are JUNK!! it clogged in one day and the pool was dirty and cloudy . The day I added a sand filter to it the next day it was sparkling clear.. also… The ladder is cheap, but it works just fine. Possibly upgrade to a better ladder. With all this said, the total package sounds great, but it’s not great at all. We love the pool.

This pool has been honestly amazing. It’s smaller than the one we previously had, but still large enough for our family of 6 to play around in. The pump that comes with the pool has kept up just fine and it even lets you know when the filter needs to be cleaned/switched. It was also incredibly easy to set up. Highly recommend!

If including give this no stars, I absolutely would. I NEVER complain about stuff. I figure it’s a risk when you buy things and nothing is perfect. But this is above and beyond when it comes to a RIPOFF!! DO NOT BUY THIS! This is hands down the BIGGEST piece of crap I have ever spent my money on. The material on the bottom of this pool is about as thick as the cheap floaties you buy at Family Dollar. Actually probably not even that strong. I bought a raft for $5 at Walmart last week that is like Kevlar compared to this. I bought this pool on the 1st of June and it is July 6th. I have went through 3 COMPLETE PACKAGES of vinyl patches on this pool. And the best part is, I AM PATCHING HOLES THAT HAPPEN WHEN NO ONE IS IN IT. This past weekend was my 5th straight weekend spent searching for a leak, finding it, patching it, and refilling my pool. I can’t even imagine what my water bill is going to be. This is the cheapest made piece of crap I have ever seen. And I get that it’s only a $400 pool. This was simply one I was going to put up for the summer until I had a professional pool installed next summer. But to pay $400 and the first few days it is up, UNDISTURBED, it tears on its own and continues to do so without anyone even in the pool, is absolutely ridiculous. I had an Intex pool years ago and had zero problems with it. It was about double the price but I thought this one was on sale. Regardless. We had that pool for 2-3 years until we bought out new house and had no issues. So I figured it was a safe investment to purchase another one to simply get us through a season until I had the professional installation of a new pool next summer. Wow, I could not have been more wrong. There is no other description for what Intex is doing with this model besides ripping people off. And again, I get that $400 is a cheap pool. But I would assume they would be able to manufacture something that could last 3-4 months when it is being swam in 1-2 days a week for a few hours. I haven’t been able to use this pool since the first week. I’ve had it because every weekend I have to spend all my time figuring out where the water is leaking from, refilling it, shocking it again, and then waiting for the next day to swim only to find a new leak has formed. Or maybe it last a couple days and you think you’re good. Only to wake up in the morning to it being half full again. THIS IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. But a different brand or spend double the money. Trust me, you’ll end up paying that extra money anyways in time if nothing else. Absolutely disgusting they even take money for this.

I have received the pool as in the picture and it was brand new, not used. The installation took about 3 hours. When the upper round bars are inserted thru the pool liner sleeve holder, I had to use baby oil to make it slide, otherwise it will be stuck in the sleeve. The baby oil helped a lot. Like many other comments, the pool has a small leak at the bottom somewhere at the bottom liner fusion with the pool upper liner. The leak is a small drip for now but I am concerned for the future not to become larger or a complete liner failure.

I can not express how elated I am with this pool It’s bigger than I imagined it would be which is perfect for my 3 little ones ages 6,7&9 my 16 yr old and her friends are able to join them as well It was simple to set up The filter works great So many added bonuses w a times filter, ladder, pool cover the only thing you have to worry about is getting your levels right The easiest thing for me was. Getting pool stabilizer and liquid chlorine I added about 7 oz of stabilizer in a stocking placed it tied to the filter and ran the filter all night I also added about 9 oz of liquid chlorine initially now I just add 3 oz in the evening after every swim I also prefer running my filter all day and all night it’s small so doesn’t consume much and it’s kept my levels precise I’m sooooo happy with this purchase so so so happy

So far all good. Easy set up. No leaks. Pump has lots of circulation, better then my previous pool. Can't go wrong for the price

Beautiful pool, took 3 hrs and 2 people to assemble only to have 2 leaks. No damage to the boxes, used the protection tarp, very careful assembling it. Very disappointed for the price we paid to get a quality pool. Black foot pads don’t fit well. Had to really work to get them in. Now we get to take it all down and try and get another one in time for summer weather :/

Recieved the pool in good condition. Easy set up. After 3 weeks the pump shuts off and needs to be reset every 3 to 4 hours. I've had pools like this for 20+ years and have never had this problem before. !
