Good value
Its flavorless but my kids didnt love that. Its oily, really best mixed with a juice or applesauce to mask it.

I do have a sensitive stomach so perhaps that is why I could not get pass the strong oil taste
With so many probiotics on the market how do you begin to choose? I like to take a daily probiotic to help keep my stomach healthy and avoid digestive upset and acid reflux. One of the most important things I consider when choosing is the number of strains. This one has 13. While I may not know what each strain does without looking it up, I do know that a greater combination is most beneficial. With the B strains that help the small intestine to the L strains that help the colon I feel I have it covered. Made in the USA, they are organic and free of gluten, The drops can be taken by the entire family which makes it simpler to keep track of. The recommended dosage for someone over 14 is 3 mls. That is 3 dropper fulls which seems like a lot of an oil base product. The bottle is 60 ml so for one adult this is a months supply. It states that it is unflavored and so on my first attempt I decided to try it right from the bottle. The first dropper full I noticed a distinct oil taste but it wasn't bad, by the 3 dropper full I felt like I was drinking right from a bottle of oil I use for cooking. Not a pleasant taste. The next day I mixed it with my smoothie and the third day I mixed it with chocolate milk. No matter what I tried to mix it with a could still taste oil. I even tried it with a soda and while it mixed in well it still seem to have the oily texture. I much prefer taking a capsule form. Using a dropper is easy and perhaps something that would entice a child to "help" make their own probiotic drink or mix it in with yogurt. I managed to ignore the taste and tried them for about 3 weeks. Nothing stood out as a major change, but I did seem to notice that I had less bloating and less gas so I feel the probiotic was working efficiently and that with continued use I feel my stomach and digestive system would be healthy and therefore provide me with an overall good feeling and energy. I did not notice any negative side affects so that was a relief. Despite the benefits, I find it is not something that I will continue to take and in the future I know to avoid an oil based solution.

Huge improvement with ASD symptoms
Noticed a huge improvement with my sonโs ASD symptoms. A lot of the beneficial strains are included in this probiotic. I just add this to his sugar-free lemonade at lunchtime and this super picky eater cannot tell that itโs in there. I am forever thankful for this probiotic.

Physically Effective, but Maybe not as Cost Effective
I have used Dr. Bo supplements in capsule form. This is my first experience with using liqiuid based drops. While I feel the drops have the good quality I've come to expect with Dr. Bo products, I'm not sure the drops are exactly more cost effective. The drops are organic and contain 13 active and effective probiotic strains. I really like that the drops are suitable and safe for all ages. This makes them family friendly especially when added to things like juice. I generally prefer to take them right from the dropper. This adds to the convenience of taking a daily supplement. The bottle is small so it can be placed near your other pill form supplements without taking up extra space. There is an oiliness to the mixture, although the liquid is clear in appearance and truly tasteless. I did try adding it to orange, apple, and cranberry juice. Since the dose for an adult is 3 droppers full, the oily consistency is noticeable, but not necessarily too off putting. My biggest concern is overall cost effectiveness. The small bottle is a month's supply, for one person. If you're trying to dose for more than one person, you can quickly see this would take more than one bottle per month. So while initially the value per bottle seems reasonable, it might not be so much so when dosing for the whole family. The benefits do take 2 weeks to a month to become apparent. This is normal and expected. I did find my cranky belly getting a bit calmer resulting in less stomach discomfort, a bit more energy, and my skin, my food tolerance, and digestion all improved slightly. It is too early to reliably discuss the long term benefits, but I expect continued improvement. Overall, I'm glad I tried this form of probiotic. For an individual it might be on par, cost wise, with pill forms. In fact it might even be a bit cheaper compared to equivalent and traditional forms. But the blend of probiotics and quality with Dr. Bo does count for something. Not every brand delivers and checks the good boxes like they do. I'd say give it a try and determine if it is a good fit for you and your needs.

Fixed my kid's stomach without fights
I bought this after my son's pediatrician suggested probiotics for his irregular digestion, which was polite medical speak for "he's constipated and miserable." The liquid format is genuinely easier than pills or powders; I add it to his morning juice and he doesn't notice, which is a miracle since he notices when I change cereal brands. After three weeks, his bathroom visits became regular and less dramatic; no more red-faced straining that made me wince in sympathy. The 2oz bottle is small but lasts about two months at the recommended dose; the dropper makes measuring easy without sticky spoons. For kids, women, and men, the broad compatibility means I can share with my husband when his stomach acts up after travel. The vegan and organic labels are nice if that's your priority, though I mostly care that it works without a fight. My only note is that it needs refrigeration after opening; I forgot once and it smelled slightly off, so I replaced it. For digestive gut health in a household where pill-swallowing is a battle, the convenience and actual results make this a morning routine staple.
