They don’t light up

They light up, battery compartment is at the bottom.

I have one of these and its beautiful, I love it. My glass dome broke, can I buy a replacement?

Not sure ? You'll need to contact the vendor for a replacement dome. Not sure if they have replacement parts ? They may offer to replace the whole product instead. Tell them it broke in shipment. They may respond better for replacement then telling them you broke it.
