Terrible!! Had to assemble the whole thing with no good instructions. Also, my package didn’t come with the fire paper. My box heart was a dented up. My package didn’t even come on valentines days like the company said it would. If I could I would give it 0/5 stars.

Horrible, came in a small box in pieces, did not mention any assembly required. Glitter was all over the place. Came with directions to the wrong set up. Did not come with the directions to set it up as the picture shows. Impossible to do, ruined my V-Day... worst experience ever.

It arrived on time from China, which was shocking, however, it arrived in pieces, and you have to build it. It’s a glittery mess. To put this together you absolutely need to people as the video instructions are a joke.

Gave me the wrong set of instructions, didn’t come with all of the materials, very difficult to put together even for someone who is crafty so we had to make it a different way than expected
