I bought two packs of balloons. Didn’t use all the little ones. But it came out great. I also added some red to make it stand out.

This is a great set of balloons that can be used to create the arch shown or used as separated decor. We ended up not doing the arch because we ran out of time. We were setting up for my daughter's 4th birthday the night before and we realized we needed to get some sleep. I was bummed and stressed at the time, but the balloons on their own worked well! We mounted a bunch on balloon stands meant to hold balloons up when they don't have helium. For a bunch of the balloons we just had them all over the room. We used a hand pump and they blew up easily. None popped and all the colors strewn about looked so fun together. The colors match what's shown in the listing picture, which is great because those colors perfectly match all the other decorations we bought separately. I was a bit confused by the blue mylar balloons until I realized they're meant to form a tail. We didn't use that part because, without the arch set-up, it felt too random. The only sort-of issue we had was that some of the balloons would blow up with an elongated end rather than a standard balloon shape. We couldn't figure out if they were supposed to be that way to fit into the arch, or if something weird was happening. We tried adding more air, but that didn't fix the shape. Either way, they looked good and we were happy with the set. Given the quality, size variety, ease of blowing up and number of balloons you get, I would definitely say these are a great value for the cost.
