This is my third adapter for my XPS 15 9570 laptop. The initial replacement became damaged and was no longer charging properly: there was a pop up on my laptop saying it wasn't recognised as the correct charger anymore. I looked on amazon for a replacement instead of directly from Dell to save money. Found this one and took a chance. As you can see from the pictures, it's exactly the same as the original. It came in a paper envelope but each part was individually packaed and the adapter block itself was still wrapped. Charges fine and no pop ups saying it isn't proper. Can't say more than this. It's correct and works well. Would recommend.

Arrived on time and it is brand new. All with original 'peel-off' DELL stickers. Works perfect, had my XPS 15 9570 for around 6 years now and still had my original charger, but the laptop kept losing charge even though it was plugged in. I have a DELL TB16 dock in my office and it wasnt losing power through there, so I figured it was my original charger. So bought this one and I can report that its perfect again now, no power loss and stays at 100% when plugged in. Definitely needs a new battery inside the computer (it lasts 20mins without power) but at least I can take the machine with me. I would definitely recommend this seller and this product. Costly, but a necessity should you need a replacement (in my opinion, it's always best to go genuine as you know it's will be safe). So far, it's been a great replacement.

I bought this to replace the original, whose coloured cables became exposed at the pin end. What a flimsy effort! This power supply appears identical to the original and works as the original - I'm just having to be extra careful when moving the laptop around - which is quite often. I can't dock any stars for this item from this seller, it's Dell who need their stars well and truly demolished! EDIT - This power supply's internal coloured cables became exposed just like the original's. I'm now using the one from my Dell M3800, which had died but fortunately I'd kept the power supply and it's the same spec and much sturdier. If anyone else produced very lightweight, very powerful laptops for video editing I wouldn't buy from Dell again 😖 (No, I can't migrate to a Mac.)

This psu is ideal for the Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7640 (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0CZ49TCL6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Why dell included a USB-C psu for this laptop, which only has one USB-C port, is a mystery. This psu allows the laptop to run off of mains power and leaves the USB-C port available for more useful things.

Initially it works great, identical to the original but after one month of use, the cable would stop working when plugged in and moved. Something was touching and so I would have to sit very still or move the wire around until the light came back on. I got a refund through amazon in the end.

It turns on a light, but doesn't charge my labtop. And in case you are wondering yes I ordered the right model for my laptop. Just waiting to see if I get my money back. Super frustrating!
