Third quality product of a third quality company. Worst company in the universe is 3M and this product is total waste of money, sponge come out in less than 7 days of usage, total waste, my advice to all the consumers, don’t waste your hard earned money on this d grade product

All in good, material is good

The sponge quality and the experience of cleaning with it is amazing and it cleans the surface flawless. I have been using this since past 10 years or so. Fo better upgradation, if the sponge's thickness is reduced and made it like a flat mop to cover the large area by increasing it's surface area, then it will be more convenient to use.

Very good quality

Do not buy. Was using these mops for nearly 8 years. The sponge mop part used to last at least a year with daily use. Now the refill mops come apart within two weeks and they cost more than 500 bucks. Deliberate cheating.

The sponge peeled off from the plastic holder after barely using it for 5 months. The sponge is fixed to the plastic holder with 2 small screws which don't hold it well while using the mop. It did work well initially and dries off water after mopping the floor quickly.

Using it for many years. Best mop.

Product is good. But amazon is sending damage product. Not consider the complaint
