I don't have a JBL Partybox, but I have a similar brand that I have been searching for a compatible case. I came across this one and decided to give it a ry. It worked well for my unit. It fit well (give or take 2-3 inches on the bottom; however, the Velcro strap on the bottom of the cover helped to secure the unit. It was made of quality materials and a great value for what you receive. I love the design, and was able to place my microphones and other accessories in the 2 side pockets. I love that its portable and a good covering for my speaker.
