Brilliant, one of the best resins I’ve worked with. Levels brilliantly, bubble free and gives a great finish

As it's the Easter school holidays I was looking for something to do with the kids. Resin was the answer! It comes with basic, easy to follow instructions, some gloves, a bottle of resin and a bottle of hardener (making a litre in total). They have to mixed in equal measures but please note that the kit does not come with a mixing cup, stirrers or any silicone moulds. You will have to buy these separately. I bought some bookmark moulds and some alcohol ink, and my kids loved using their imagination to create their own resin crafts. We'll be making keyrings next! As well as being easy to use, it's great value for money at £29.99 at the time of my review, especially as a litre goes a long way! We didn't use much as all for our first project, so this will keep my kids busy for weeks. It takes 24 to 48 hours to completely set but after just a few hours, the resin looks great, there are no air bubbles and it looks really smooth.

This is good quality resin for both moulding and surface coating. I found that it took the colourant easily, and mixed well without too many bubbles. The resin did seem to have a bit more of an odour than some other makes I have tried, but it really wasn't that noticeable. I left my mouldings to cure in the garage, which is fairly cool at this time of year, and had no trouble with them setting. The results came out very well, so I would definitely recommend it.
