I purchased the one month pouch almost a month ago. Didn't notice anything for the first week or so. But I kept taking them before breakfast on empty stomach. After 2 weeks I bagan to feel the results, more energy, less appetite, better sleep, and suddenly started losing weight too. I don't know how much these capsules have had an effect, but i have no reasons to doubt its effectiveness. I have ordered the 3 month supply today as I am happy with the effects. I would still suggest to try first and order 1 pouch only, if it works for you then you can order more.

I do not see a change yet, but I will wait for an improvement. Everybody says it's working for them but I still a little bloated and definitely I do not lost wait at all, I will see in the next package, I only get one!

Easy way to take Apple Cider Vinegar
The health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar are well documented, but the problem I have with it is that (to me) it's foul stuff to drink, and causes instant gastric reflux. I decided therefore, to find another way of getting my Apple Cider Vinegar and these capsules do the trick. You take three before a substantial meal to ensure you get your daily dosage, and so far I do feel some benefits from doing so. It helps with joint ache and over time I feel a gradual, incremental improvement in my all-round well being. Happy to recommend, especially if, like me, you have a problem with drinking Apple Cider Vinegar in liquid form.

Very large capsules difficult to swallow
Love the Geeks products and i do get others like vit d however i was taking ACV gummies which were fine but they were not in stock so i thought i would try geeks ACV they are value for money .. However i opened them read the instructions and went to take them however i surprised at the size of the capsules and you need to take 3 ! Some people it may not bother but i just cant swallow them even though i dont have an issue with taking tablets .. These are big and the capsules get stuck i will not buy again as its the first time in about three years i have stopped taking ACV i will wait for my gummies to be back in stock and chuck these out !
