This speaker is easy to use and we've had no issue with Bluetooth connectivity. If features a strong magnet which is handy for attaching to metal surfaces. The battery life is as expected. It is loud, powerful and has a decent sound quality. The compact size makes it very portable and easy to take on the go. The RBG lights are cool at night and a fun addition if you're into color changing LEDs. My main issue with this product is I find the product listing to be a bit misleading. The listing touts this is a shower speaker and outdoor speaker with a IPX5 waterproof rating. The package and manual don't mention this anywhere. Even more concerning is the charging port is open with no cover, something not typical of a device with a IPX5 waterproof rating. IPX5 Waterproof testing typically includes testing a device for water intrusion by spraying it with a water jet. This typically means the USB or charging port needs a rubber plug or cap to prevent water from entering. No such protection exists here. It is possible, though highly unlikely, this speaker has some sort of special internal sealing to prevent water from entering the device internals via the charging port. you would think the manual or packaging would mention this. Even if this affordable device does have magic waterproof internal sealing, the charging port should be thoroughly dry before plugging it into a charger. I suspect the more likely explanation is an incorrect and misleading product listing. I'm playing it safe. I won't allow this to be used as a shower speaker or in or around wet environments. As a basic Bluetooth speaker this is fine. I just wont' trust the waterproof claim without further clarification. If you're looking for a cool looking, portable and magnetic Bluetooth speaker this is a strong candidate. If you're looking for a waterproof speaker for the shower or near the pool, you may want to consider other options.

For starters, the Yaslayp G200 was so easy to connect with Bluetooth, first try! So I connected it to a new laptop, then an older laptop, then an iPhone. It always connected immediately and stayed connected better than any Bluetooth speaker I've ever used! I also got more range out of it than I expected. Well over 30 feet and through two walls. The magnet on the base of it is super strong on any metal object. I had to almost pry it off a stainless steel refrigerator door. Most importantly, the sound quality is great! It has its own cool little RGB light show going on in it whenever it's powered up! It sits on a bass port that enhances the beat and hits the low notes. Sounds a whole lot better playing music than my phone! Lastly, it has outstanding battery life. I charged it overnight, and I've played it well over 6 hours full-blast, unplugged, and it just keeps cranking it out! Amazing for its size! A couple of good-to-knows, it has an extremely short charging cord, but my cellphone charging cord worked just fine. The magnet didn't work on my cell phone case, even using the magnetic ring included. Or on the phone without the case. Not sure why you would want to stick it to your phone anyway. I was using my phone while the music was happily playing on it sitting across the room from me. Also couldn't figure out how to adjust the volume on the speaker, there's only one button on it, And that button has the Power On, Pause Play, and Power Off functions. But I could easily control the volume from the computer or phone it was Bluetoothed to. So there's one workaround, could be more. Finally, I wouldn't be submersing this unit in any deep water. The charging port is not sealed on this model and could allow water into the unit. All things considered this little speaker is a gigantic value for the price - well worth the money! Its got some minor issues but no dealbreakers. You'll have have lots of fun and get a lot of WOW!s with this, and you won't have to spend any time justifying the cost. Rock on!
