Thanks!!!! ### ⭐ Missing items and broken *by A***R on October 19, 2018* I was so excited that I received my blackhead remover vacuum today after hearing such positive reviews of it on Amazon and social media. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed when I opened the box and found a few things weren't included as pictured (blue squishy pad and blackhead extractor). I powered on the handheld vacuum and nothing happened - no sound, no suction. I figured maybe it needed a full charge in order to operate correctly so I plugged it in and let it charge, after a few hours and with a full charge I tried powering on the vacuum. Again, nothing happened once I turned it on and changed to the various suction settings. Also, no other instructions or manual comes with the product other than the sticker on the inside of the lid.
