I’m not sure why reviews are all over the place here, I can only assume that like people, someMeds work for some and not for others. I have a blind/deaf senior rescue. Once or twice a month he has what is almost a manic period where he just paces in his gated room all night. Occassionally he gets stuck somewhere and calls out for me and it’s just up, down, up, down all night long. I make sure everything is clean, dry, plenty of water, I rub him all over in case he’s itchy and everything else I can think of but the pacing continues. He’s so “manic” he runs into walls, falls down, then does it all over again. THIS WORKS. Settles him right down and sleeps thru the night. Ironically as a human, I cannot take Melatonin. Even though it’s safe, it causes major bathroom issues, I won’t go near it for myself. I guess the only way to know if it will help your furball is to try it. I give it at night, right before dinner. This plus a full belly is the perfect combo for my little guy.

After trying Benadryl to help my geriatric dog sleep, which didn't work, my vet told me about melatonin for dogs. Who'd have think it? It totally works. We just put a couple of drops on her dinner and she sleeps through the night.

Great quality and clean product

Have been having some pretty severe storms in Virginia so pulled out the bottle a few days ago. It’s stored in a cool, dry, dark place and as you can see the date the expiration is way out there so I gave it to her. Both nights she got up in the middle of the night and vomited on the bedroom carpet. I took a closer look at the dropper and found particles floating, which I don’t recall any of the previous bottles I’ve had having that. I don’t know if it’s just this particular bottle or the quality control on this batch was not up to standards. I’ve ordered a different brand and will be reaching out to the manufacturer. Be very careful, check your bottles carefully!

I ordered this with the intention help our 2 year old pup sleep through the night. He was waking up several times throughout the night. He instantly loved the flavor of it and took it easily. It took about 5 days for us to really notice a difference in his sleeping patterns. We are on the 7th night and he is sleeping through the night no problem - waking up at a more normal time. He did not have any bad reaction to it - he has a pretty sensitive stomach but this didn’t seem to upset it. I would definitely recommend giving it a try & use it for at least a week to see if it helps! We love it!

My beautiful 13 1/2 year old long haired male dachshund was suffering from Cushing’s disease. His vet said that melatonin might help control some of his symptoms. Initially she recommended the capsules that humans use but as he progressed it became more difficult getting him to digest pills. I ran across this liquid melatonin and thought I would give it a try. It was much easier to dispense and I noticed less tremors. He took these drops right up to the end. My only complaint is the plastic bottle that it is packaged in. Typically holistic and organic liquid supplements are packaged in brown or blue dark glass containers as plastic can leach negative chemicals into the supplement. The quality of the liquid melatonin helped my boy much more than the capsules but I would have preferred it be packaged appropriately, therefore the 3 star review. Upon receipt I would transfer the product into a brown glass bottle with a glass dropper. If packaged properly this would be a 5 star review.

This has been a saving grace for our puppy. He has extreme separation anxiety (nighttimes were brutal), and this calmed him down immensely at night for sleeping, and also for taking the edge off crate training during the day for the short few hours I am working. Safe for all ages, choose the appropriate doseage and it seems to take effect within about 10-15 minutes. Natural and so much better than having to resort to medications to help him calm down. Pricey, but haven't found a similar product that works this well, so will buy again.

So far so good .Our 18 year old Pom has the beginnings of dementia and finds it difficult getting to or staying asleep. I’ve been using this for 3 days now and so far it’s working a treat.

works amazing on my 15 year dog that is dying . it settles him and helps him sleep at night. best money i have ever spent.

Took a bit of time to arrive but great product and very glad to have it for my dog.

Excellent product, pure - just melatonin nothing else. I give it to my dog at night and it works really well to calm my dog who suffers from PTSD from abuse in her previous home. She is happier and more relaxed through out the day.

My dog is a 16-year-old Beagle mix. He wakes up every 1 to 2 hours at night and whimpers. I tried this product, but it didn't help at all—he still whimpered all night long. It didn't work for me
