I got this lotion applicator because I had reached the point where I just could not comfortably reach the middle of my back with any lotion or sunscreen. After using it for a few weeks I can honestly say this is one of those little tools that makes daily routines easier. The long folding handle is sturdy and easy to grip even when my hands are slippery from lotion. The fact that it folds makes it simple to store in a bathroom drawer without taking up much space. I was initially skeptical about the foam rollers but they glide over the skin smoothly and hold enough lotion to cover a good amount of surface without having to constantly reapply on the roller. They are easy to rinse out and I appreciate that there are three of them so I can keep one for body sunscreen and another for heavier creams. The silicone scrubber on the opposite side is a great bonus. I’ve used it in the shower with gentle body wash and it definitely helps with exfoliation on my shoulders and upper back without feeling harsh. That dual use makes this more than just a lotion tool it feels like part of my self care routine. I use this mostly for sunscreen application in summer and thicker lotion in winter and it performs well for both.
