The manual isn't very good. Took hours to figure out how to use the features. The software was hard to find online, and in the end doesn't work on my computer. I have 2 laptops, so I will try it on them, as it would be nice to customize the matrix display. The sound of the keys is superb. It also looks amazing. Slightly buggy, but really not too bad. I feel like I'm beta testing a product almost ready to ship instead of something that is already in production. I decided to keep it, because the main competitor while more polished and has light up keys which allow easier typing in the dark and looks much cooler, but also sounds cheap when you type.
