Review: 24 oz. insulated stainless steel bottle with carrying loop - This insulated bottle is a lot different than all my previous ones of solid colors. This one has an ivory background with so many colors in broad brush strokes. It is fun and delightful. Another difference lies in the way water/liquid is consumed from it. With my other bottles, I will tilt to drink from the spouts. With this one, it is through the straw. The cap covering the top portion of the straw is quite tall. That makes the bottle profile look funny. I'll get past that funny look soon because I already prefer drinking from the big fat plastic straw. The bottom silicone pad keeps the bottle from sliding on smooth surface. I tested it to see if it was leak-proof. Yes, indeed. From time to time, I'll carry lemonade or coffee in these insulated bottles, I wish it was dishwasher safe so I can keep this bottle really clean, sanitized and hygienic.

I like this thing, super secure about germs or tampering with a fully covered straw! I'm a fan of the rainbow design and European esthetic. Haven't had my drink get warm so far, and it even fits a bottle holder for those one liter disposable sports bottles of water. It is perhaps not the best choice for steaming hot beverages but it might work OK.
