Can this be used to cover a picc line for showering? or would the adhesive pull on the lines when removing it?

I've only used it for tattoo aftercare. The medicated adhesive pulls on your skin when you remove it so I wouldn't think it would be a good choice for anything but what it's intended for.

Is this product sterile?

I wouldn’t think it is but then neither is the plastic wrap that a lot of tattoo artist use to wrap a new tattoo. I wash new ink 3 x a day with dial antibacterial liquid gold soap. Then I smother it with green goo and cover it for 3 days with non stick pads and secure them with an ace bandage. The 4th day I repeat washing it but leave it uncovered and continue to use the green goo as much as possible. Way less itching and they have healed fabulously with no problems. Had better results with this than with the Derm Shield.

What do you do if you cannot cover the entire tattoo in one continuous piece? Can additional pieces be overlapped for full coverage?
